Kermit Gosnell Found Guilty of Murder!
“I’m thankful that Kermit Gosnell will be held accountable for his brutality and that some measure of justice has been served for the atrocities he committed. This is a sad and horrific case – one that reminds us there is no one more defenseless, or more in need of our protection, than the unborn. I continue to pray for the lives taken by Kermit Gosnell and for the families affected by his crimes.” - Speaker John Boehner (U.S. House)
Washington Post headline screams "Jury convicts abortion provider Kermit Gosnell of murder".
Abortion provider Kermit Gosnell was convicted Monday of three counts of first-degree murder for severing the spinal cords of infants born during abortions at his West Philadelphia clinic.
Gosnell also was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the 2009 death of 41-year-old Virginia woman Karnamaya Mongar, who died from an overdose of drugs while undergoing an abortion at the clinic. Prosecutors described the clinic as a “house of horrors” because of the unsanitary conditions and unsafe practices that defined it. . . .
Co-defendant Eileen O’Neill, an unlicensed doctor who saw patients at Gosnell’s clinic but did not participate in abortions, faces multiple charges of conspiracy and theft by deception for allegedly posing as a licensed doctor.
Life News provided additional information:
Gosnell was found guilty of killing Baby A, Baby C and Baby D and found not guilty of killing Baby E. He was also convicted on hundreds of lesser charges ranging from infanticide to running a corrupt organization.
The guilty verdict on these three counts subjects the abortion “doctor” to the potential he will face the death penalty when a second jury considers his sentencing on the convictions. At minimum Gosnell will face three life terms in prison. The jury that will be tasked with sentencing Gosnell on the convictions will begin its work on May 21.
Gonell was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of patient Karnamaya Mongar, who died after a botched abortion. And he was found guilty on most of the more than 200 counts of violating Pennsylvania’s informed consent law.
In total, Gosnell was found guilty of 21 out of 24 felony counts of illegal abortions beyond the 24 week limit and found guilty on all but 16 of 227 misdemeanor counts of violating the 24-hour informed consent law.

Imagine life without parole? Actually just one day in the Federal Pen he wouldn't survive. Think of the horror he would see and feel being defenseless as they tear him limb from limb and beat his body into mush as he done to those children. Even amongst the most hardened criminals, the sanctity of life, to protect the most innocent of all, they have there own justice system dealing with those who violate it. May God have mercy on his sole!
We know he's guilty but of much more than he is being charged, this is the face of evil. He can butcher babies & smile!
