Christmas Break Is Over - Onward to 2015
Bill Smith, Editor: Enjoyed the Christmas break, but now back to reality as we close out the remaining days of 2014 and get energized for 2015.
In 2014, we experienced a significant expansion in the number of contributing authors for the ARRA News Service. None of our contributors are paid and as many readers know, we do not run paid advertising on the site, there are no known known tracking codes, which means we try to scrub tracking codes from submitted stories, and there are no fees for subscriptions to or for following the ARRA News Service. Best of all, you will not receive pleas for money.
In 2014, we have also expanded the use and sharing of numerous news services, research and non-profits organizations.
On the other hand, the editor did face a 30 day boycott of posting articles on Facebook in various conservative groups administered by the editor. Fortunately, the Facebook restriction was implemented after the run-off Senate race in Louisiana. No one at Facebook would respond as to the reason for the restriction, and we still have no specific evidence as to the reason for this Facebook's action. Recently, we were advised by another source that that there was an apparent crack down on pro-life activists. As the editor also directs a pro-life site and administers several pro-life Facebook pages an groups, this restriction may simply have been a secondary affect on the sharing of our stories.
How you can help us:
1) Comment on articles: we both appreciate and review all comments which are posted on our site, on Facebook groups and pages managed by the editor, and on other social media sites.
2) Share our articles and cartoons with the original link on your social media, blog or by email with friends. Please include the link back to the article on our site and will leave the source links identified for the articles to aid the authors, agencies and other that shared the article. Articles titles and links are also available via Twitter via several twitter accounts including the editors Twitter account (https://twitter.com/arra).
3) If you subscribe, copy and share the article with links of interest with friends, family or even with those those that may not agree with their position on issues.
4) Link to to the ARRA News Service http://arranewsservice.com< on your website, web page or other media.
In conclusion, we restate the words from our Mast Head:
News for social, fiscal & national security conservatives who believe in God, family & the USA. Upholding the rights granted by God & guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, traditional family values, "republican" principles / ideals, transparent & limited government, free markets, liberty & individual freedom. All content approval rests with the ARRA News Service Editor. Opinions are those of the authors. While varied positions are reported, beliefs & principles remain fixed. No revenue is generated for this site - no paid ads accepted - no payments for articles. Onward to 2015!
