That’s the good news. The bad news is – everyone in the Barack Obama Administration knows it too.
This waning Administration is in the pummel-the-private-sector business. And there is arguably no tentacle of the federal Leviathan better equipped to do it than the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). After all – it’s the EPA’s sole reason for being.
The
current head of the EPA?
(Former) EPA Assistant Administrator Gina McCarthy, the architect of unprecedented restrictions on energy use and power generation ….Did Congress authorize any of these unprecedented restrictions?
Of course not. Has Ms. McCarthy – since her promotion – changed her approach and waited for Congress to act before acting?
Of course not. (Did Senate Republicans – given this radical record – do enough to block her promotion?
Of course not.)
Is she a typical Obama Administration official? Absolutely.

(T)he rules …(would) allow the government to dictate what farmers can and cannot do with their farmland, which often includes small streams, ponds and marshes.How much government-inflicted private sector damage are we talking?
EPA Costs (2012) US Economy $353 Billion Per YearMs. McCarthy, her EPA and her boss’Administration are imposing hundreds-of-billions-of-dollars-worth of private-sector-crushing environmental regulations.
They are imposing them at an ever-increasing rate – as their time runs out.
They are imposing them without any Constitutional tether to any actually passed legislation.
Regulations which dramatically increase the prices of food, energy and just about everything else we need or use.
To advance a cause based on alleged “science”they can not document as accurate – or even remotely close to accurate.
A cause that has been time and again exposed to be rife with fraud.
Typical Obama Administration. Which can not end soon enough.
