Spring Madness Arrives

Hated by the Establishment and
Power Brokers of the Day!

by Bob McDowell, Contributing Author : This year Spring equinox fell this year on March 20 clocks were moved forward one hour in those states observing DST. This year, it was also Palm Sunday for Christians of the Western World who observing the day that JESUS rode into Jerusalem on an unbroken donkey colt. The people who did not possess extra clothes to lie on the path cut palm branches to lie on the path.

It also began the USA observance of "March Madness" referring to the basketball tournaments of NCAA and NIT. It also seems to me that it signaled March Madness in the political arena. The ancient Roman warned us to "beware the ides of March."

It also marked the usual end the remnant of winter here in Eastern Oklahoma where we experienced a relatively mild cold winter with only one measurable snow.

This year, ‘March Madness’ also reflects the campaigns for the Republican nomination for President. With Donald Trump ‘leading the pack’, of the remaining three active candidates, substantial disruptive demonstrations with increasing violence have shown up during campaign rallies. In fact, at a recent such Donald Trump rally in Ohio, a rather large man made a rush for the platform with apparent intent of bodily harm to ‘the Donald’. Fortunately, Secret Service agents were most efficient and effective in discharging their duties. Radio KFAQ host Pat Campbell reported that the man was ‘taken down like a sack of potatoes.’

It has been my conviction, also expressed by others in the radio talk show business, that these disruptions are well financed, rehearsed, and carried out by organizations such as "MoveOn.Org", "Black Lives Matter", "Occupy Wall Street", and other well financed groups directed by the infamous George Soros. Mr. Soros is known to be a Socialist, or even Communist. Believing that to be correct, it seems to me that the end goal is to get the weakest candidate for the Republican nomination. The end result would be the election of the Democrat nominee which would be detrimental to the USA.

Possibly this scenario could lead to the USA being broken up into a number of smaller nations, each including a few similar thinking and contiguous existing states, as outlined in the prophesy set forth Richard Engle book of 2015, "The Last American President". That situation might very well become a necessity, given the tremendous disparity in principles between those states on either coast and on the northern border verses the more independent thinking and freedom loving population in the rest of the Nation. I have recommended this book before, and do so again, based on my twelve year friendship and working relationship with Mr. Engle in political efforts and the Oklahoma Republican Assembly.

While it is true that every presidential election is ‘critical’ to the Nation, this election may very well be the most important to our future and our survival. Yes, every election is critical all the way down to the lowest level, including school boards where substantial changes need to be made in of the nation. This need of change is evidenced by the massive corruption and waste of money and the failures prevalent in even the lesser levels of elective office.

While keeping the above in mind when determining which candidate to support, please make an effort to determine the mind set, beliefs and philosophies of even your local, state and Federal candidates. Once elected, they will impact the future leading to either more freedom or more forms of limited freedom and weakness eventually leading to the further demise of liberty and personal freedoms.
