No Trump, No Show for 33% of GOP Voters
Rasmussen Reports (4/11/16): Members of the establishment in both major political parties worry that supporters of Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders will not align with the party’s eventual nominee if their guy isn't chosen, but that appears to be a much more serious problem for Republicans than for Democrats.
One-in-four Likely Republican Voters (25%) say they are more likely to vote for someone else or not vote at all if Trump does not win the Republican nomination and chooses not to run as an independent . . .
Just 62% of Republicans say they are more likely to vote for the Republican nominee if it isn't Trump. By comparison, 80% of Democrats say they are more likely to vote for their party's nominee if it isn't Sanders and he chooses not to run as a third-party candidate. Among all voters, 42% are more likely to vote for the Democratic nominee if Trump is out of the race, while 33% would still vote Republican. Eighteen percent (18%) are more inclined to vote for someone else or stay home.
Rasmussen Reports also noted, Ted Cruz may have picked up more delegates than Donald Trump in recent days, but Republican voters don’t rate his chances for their party’s presidential nomination nearly as highly yet.

I'll be one. .they have show our vote don't count. Anyways.
GOD BLESS TED CRUZ FOR PRESIDENT....ALL YOU TRUMP TROLL ZOMBIES CAN GO CRAWL BACK TO YOUR DERAILED TRUMP TRAIN
And for this exact rhetoric from people like you is why the GOP is doomed. I align myself with Cruz, however, the big picture is the SCOTUS pick. Therefore, it's imperative that the party unite behind whom ever ends up as the nominee. The 1st & 2nd Amendments are in danger if a democrat becomes POTUS.
Trump is no different than obummer or Hitler...he is a Democrat in disguse. he incites violence, he is pro-choice, he is a fraud..hey...the list goes on .
Liz Dadin said it best:
Cruz has stood for you and I. Can you prove anything Trump has stood for? Ted Cruz has done much that we can already be grateful for. Here are a few for your consideration:
The reason there are Purple Heart medals on the chests of the Fort Hood shooting victims is because Cruz and Palin fought to put them there when no one else would.
The reason Obama's executive amnesty has not cleared the Senate is Ted Cruz!
The reason the gang of 8 bill did not pass was because Cruz amended it to death.
The reason the crosses on the AZ war memorials didn't get torn down is because Ted Cruz successfully defended them in the Supreme Court of the United States.
The reason the Ten Commandments are still on the courthouse steps in Texas is because Cruz successfully fought for them in the Supreme Court.
The Reason a 76-year-old handgun ban was lifted in DC is because Ted Cruz successfully defended the Second Amendment in the Supreme Court and got it lifted.
The reason Texas was able to execute a foreign national guilty of multiple rapes and murders is because Ted Cruz successfully argued and defended US soverignty against the UN in the Supreme Court of the United States.
Ted Cruz has led the fight to defund Planned Parenthood.
He has led the fight against executive amnesty.
He has led the fight against the Iran Nuclear Treaty.
If you are a conservative - I personally feel you should put proven record over unproven rhetoric.
GOD BLESS TED CRUZ FOR PRESIDENT 2016
Jennifer Chan, One may be partisan but not uncivil. While you my support Ted Cruz, you should not disparage those supporting others. You statement that "Trump is no different than obummer or Hitler" is patently incorrect and you know it. You have insulted a majority of voters who have NOT to date voted for Cruz but for other candidates.
Trump's campaign has split the Republican party and will give this election to the Democrats.
I voted for Ted Cruz, but I'm sickened that Trump has to fight the GOP "ruling class" as well as the DemocRATS!
I PRAY PRAY PRAY Trump & Cruz make peace, join forces & STOMP THE DEVIL OUT OF THE GOP ESTABLISHMENT.
The GOP is cutting it's nose off to spite its face!!
Josie, It sure appears to be that way.
Bill the words in my comment are not mine, I found them on other sites by other people who agree with it so I just figured it was ok to use it.... I shall take that part out of my comment.
Jennifer, Thanks.
