We're Living In A Spin Zone

by Dr. Jack Sternberg, Contributing Author: It was recently reported that President Donald Trump was observed repeatedly to be "walking on water" on the lake outside of his Mar-A-Lago home.

In response, the Mainstream Media and the Democratic Party has widely and repeatedly reported "that Donald Trump can't swim."

Let's be honest! Doesn't it seem that even when President Trump does something good, it is spun and twisted to make it sound like he has failed, is evil or worse, dangerous. We hear over and over again that he and his administration has essentially done nothing since he was inaugurated and his administration is in disarray.

I was watching Sean Hannity the other night and he listed the Trump administration's accomplishments and kept promises in less than 100 days.

Trump:
- Has confirmed an originalist Supreme Court Justice, Neil Gorsuch
- Has already been bringing back jobs to America
- Has gutted Obama's EPA regulations
- Has ended the War on Coal
- Has reduced Illegal Immigration, even before the wall is built
- Has been fighting back against Sanctuary Cities
- Has drafted a plan to defeat ISIS
- Has implemented a 5 year lobbying ban
- Has sanctioned Iran over its missile program
- Has responded swiftly and with force to Syria's use of chemical weapons
- Has created a task force to reduce crime
- Has signed an Executive Order to protect police officers
- Has signed an Executive Order to target drug cartels
- Has put both North Korea and Iran on notice that their nuclear ambitions will not be tolerated
- Has gotten China to help with North Korea
- Has stood up to Putin and let him know he's no ObamaThe reality is that President Trump has been very effective in his first 100 days. I believe the failure of repealing and replacing Obamacare majorly rests on the shoulders of the House Republicans who could not agree; not Trump.

I was proud when a few Democrats applauded his Tomahawk cruise missile strike on Syria because of the inhumane Sarin gassing of their own people. But, they were few and many more attacked him.

So, I doubt we will ever see those with "Trump Derangement Syndrome" come around but those of us who voted him into office are quite pleased with our new President. We can't wait to see how much more he will accomplish.
