I posted on just this yesterday and these new Benedict Arnold's will not escape justice as he did, but will answer to the nation and be removed from office by ballot or other means.
Good call on Cicero quote. Read his bio first time in high school, then again later on. As things are happening in this country, I think back to what I read about the fall of Rome. I think he should be required reading in Jr. high and again in college.
