Status of State Health Insurance Exchanges

The following is the most current information as of 3:16 PM Eastern on November 19.

By John Vinci — Governors and other state officials, across the states, are deciding whether their state will establish a Health Insurance Exchange. The Department of Health and Human Services has given States until Friday, December 14, 2012 to decide. We have been following this issue closely and here’s the status of the states as best as we can tell.

I hope our Legislatures are smart enough to know thee are no free lunches, and Gov. Beebe does not brow beat them into thinking there is.

Ok, Folks, we need to organize and get to the Capitol when necessary and we need to let Speaker of the house know that we expect him to back off Obama Care Exchanges. Even if the GOV says he is leaving it up to the Republicans. Ha! Ha! The Gov has never given up that easy.
