Trump Wins West Virginia & Nebraska May 10, 2016 Republican Primaries
ARRA News Service: Yesterday's West Virginia and Primaries Nebraska Super Tuesday continued to solidify the Republican Primary for Donald Trump especially with all other GOP candidates having suspended their campaigns.
In the Democrat races, Bernie Sanders received the most votes in both West Virginia and Nebraska. However, the delegates awarded were close for both candidates. More info on votes and delegates below.
Although adjustments/ corrections can still be made, the following results in order of races as declared by the media:
May 10, 2016:
West Virginia Republican Presidential Primary:
Trump 156,249 votes 77.01% - 31 delegates (with 3 Pending Assignment)
Nebraska Republican Presidential Primary:
Trump 121,291 61.43% - All 36 delegates
Delegate Count for GOP (per The Green Papers):
The Republican Convention has total of 2,472 delegates with 1,237 needed to nominate.
As of May 11, 2016: Donald J. Trump - 1140
Uncommitted - 121
Suspended Campaigns:
Cruz - 546
Rubio - 173
Kasich - 154
Carson - 9
Bush - 4
Fiorina - 1
Huckabee - 1
Paul - 1
West Virginia Democrat Presidential Primary:
Bernie Sanders 123,865 51.39% - 18 delegates + 1 soft delegate = 19 delegates
Hillary Clinton 86,359 35.83% - 10 delegates + 6 soft delegates = 17 delegates
Note 8 delegates not committed
Nebraska Democrat Presidential Primary:
Bernie Sanders 19,122 57.15% - 15 delegates
Hillary Clinton 14,338 42.85% - 11 delegates + 3 soft delegates = 14 delegates
Note 2 delegates not committed.
The Democrat Convention has total of 4,765 delegates with 2,383 needed to nominate.
As of May 11, 2016:
Clinton 1,657 delegates
Sanders 1,314 delegates
Uncommitted 714 delegates / majority at this time of "super" delegates expected to support Clinton.

On June 17th, Trump will surpass 1237 by a hundred or a couple hundred more.
