BlogRolling Blog Rolls - No More! General Site Info.
Updated Info Oct 13, 2014. It has been years since this page was visited or updated. It was originally established to expedite the loading of the front page images on the blog which has now become the ARRA News Service. It may even be used to load permanent images.
Over the years the concept of Blog Rolling ceased. Although, people / websites do share others' links (or not :).
The ARRA News Service is no longer associated with any of the previously identified blog Rolls as they have long stopped functioning and have been removed from this page.
Links to and from other sites may be identified on the front page template for the site.

News for social, fiscal & national security conservatives who believe in God, family & the USA. Upholding the rights granted by God & guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, traditional family values, "republican" principles / ideals, transparent & limited government, free markets, liberty & individual freedom. All content approval rests with the ARRA News Service Editor. Opinions are those of the authors. While varied positions are reported, beliefs & principles remain fixed. No revenue is generated for this site - no paid ads accepted - no payments for articles. Fair Use doctrine is posted & used.

This site/blog was started as an newsletter outreach by the editor in support of the Arkansas Republican Assemblies (ARRA) and at no cost to the ARRA but soon transitioned into a nationally read blog and then latter transitioned into a national news site. On this site/blog there is no paid advertising, no subscription fees and no allowed or known tracking codes. No income is derived from this free news site/blog. None of the contributing authors are paid for articles, images, cartoons, etc.. Some information on the site/blog is shared under the "Fair Use Doctrine" for educational purposes.
People, organizations, and the media have "freely" taken and used the ARRA News Service posted articles and materials. It is hoped that they will identify the link and source of the original information including the ARRA News Service.
This "site/blog/work" was developed and established by Dr. Bill Smith at no cost to any other person or organization.
