Gingrich wants GOP to change strategy
Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich disagrees with his party's belief the way to build a lasting majority is to appeal to its conservative base. Gingrich says Republicans should follow the lead of Ronald Reagan and define the opposition on specific issues, the Washington Times reports.
