Arkansas Teacher Honored at the White House
This morning, Rep. Boozman (R-AR) joined Springdale, Arkansas teacher Justin Minkel at the White House where President George Bush and First Lady Laura Bush recognized the finalists and the 2007 National Teacher of the Year. Justin, a second-grade teacher at Harvey Jones Elementary, was a finalist for the award, after picking up the 2007 Arkansas Teacher of the Year honor. Later this afternoon, Rep.
