In the House: As early as Wednesday, The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) H.R. 3685 is expected to be debated and voted on in the U.S. House. This week, the U.S. House is expected to bring a bill to the floor sponsored by Rep. Neil Abercrombie (D-HI-1), the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act of 2007 (H.R. 505) which will create a Hawaiian race-based government for people with Native Hawaiian blood living anywhere in the United States.
