Editor's Comment: The number of delegates awarded to candidate may be more or less than the number reported by the news during the early reporting of the primary /caucus winner. The "real" number of delegates is determined by the respective state party procedure after they finalize the results. For example, in Iowa, Mike Huckabee was reported to have received 17 delegates; however, actual delegates awarded were 13. In Wyoming, Mitt Romney was reported to have received 8 delegates; however, actual delegates awarded were 12.
