Five Ways to Lower Gasoline Prices

The Heritage Foundation:
We can lower gas prices in these five ways:
1) Understand the cause of high prices
2) End domestic drilling restrictions
3) Allow refineries and nuclear plants
4) End expensive and wasteful mandates
5) Let the free market develop energy alternatives
