Global Warming Charade Collides with Global Cooling
Bill Smith, ARRA Editor: With all of the heated political rhetoric being posted, it time to post on something "cooling." I received the following from a FaceBook friend. Note: it is also a very nice cool fall day in the Ozarks.

Israel Anderson: Yesterday 3 separate articles hit the mainstream media that will be of interest:For all you ski buffs, yesterday, Loveland and Arapahoe Basin both opened for skiing. They were the first to open in North America this year reporting an 18-inch base. Sunny weather and temperatures in the 40s greeted skiers at both resorts. All of this is strong evidence that the warming period the earth went though in the late 90s is well and truly over. 2007 was one of the coldest years in modern history, wiping out 150 years of warming, and sadly, 2008 is looking to beat all of 2007's records. I say sadly, because it's may get real cold this winter. In Boulder Colorado, we had an inch of snow on Sunday night! Make sure you're ready for an early winter and a late spring in 2009. I mean, it's great that mother nature is having the last word, as always, over the politicians and bought-and-paid-for scientists loving their global warming research grant money, but I'd still prefer some warmer weather. There is more evidence each week against the global warming hoax. Of course, those who are for it will argue this is just a blip in a larger trend. The 20+ year increase in temperature is done. We will see it reduced in the next 20 years.
