Harry Reid Claims Paying Income Tax in America is Voluntary
This video was posted almost a year ago. You will see and hear Harry Reid repeated claims that paying Income Tax in America is voluntary. And Reid is the Majority Leader of the Senate pushing the Stimulus bill. No wonder so many of his fellow Democrat friends did not pay their taxes and are now losing their chance of being appointed to a Cabinet post - they listened to Harry Reid. We need to audit Harry Reid!

He is absolutely right though.
There is NO requirement in the tax law for any individual or any business to file federal income tax returns or pay federal income taxes. This is an argument that has been around a long time because it is true.
The government collects income taxes completely illegally in this country. It is a very good question as to how to get the government to obey its own laws.
