Dave, no not nothing, but not this either. We have a good system it's called free enterprise. Most private insurance carriers already offer prevenative care and they don't offer rationed care.
The state and federal programs need to repaired. Waste and abuse stopped. This plan does not do that, it only serves to further complicate an already overly complicated program.
The best thing that can be done is for everyone to stop going to the emergency room to have a tissue put to their nose. Stop abusing the system and there will be enough to go around.
Take personal responsibility for yourself and yours and stop expecting the governement to provide.

There was a time that most employers did not offer medical, it was considered a perk to draw the cream of the crop workers. This bill wants to mandate them to do it and the majority of small business cannot afford to offer it for all employees. It will kill them.
