Green Czar Van Jones Resigns
Reference Green Czar Van Jones Mystery Solved?. Today, the news sources that did not even cover the concerns over Van Jones being a member of the White House staff, are now highlighting the news that Van Jones has resigned yesterday (9/5/09). The following press release was submitted:
Sutley said in a statement released early Sunday that she accepts Jones resignation and thanked him for his service.
Other than being contrite for his actions and words, Van Jones blamed, "opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me. They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide." This shows the very nature of Jones. He blatantly claims lies and distorions were being used when the facts, his own words and actions belie his own statement. Jones may be leaving his position at the White House, but we can expect him to resurface at one of the many agencies receiving government funds or working on behalf of Obama.
While we can commend Glenn Beck for his efforts addressing Van Jones on his special TV series on Obama's Czars, we also commend Blogger Trevor Loudon, who broke the story of Jones' Marxism.

Van Jones Resigns as Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality
WASHINGTON, DC - Van Jones, Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality resigned today. Below is the text of his resignation letter, sent to Chair Nancy Sutley:
"I am resigning my post at the Council on Environmental Quality, effective today.
On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me. They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.
I have been inundated with calls - from across the political spectrum - urging me to "stay and fight."
But I came here to fight for others, not for myself. I cannot in good conscience ask my colleagues to expend precious time and energy defending or explaining my past. We need all hands on deck, fighting for the future.
It has been a great honor to serve my country and my President in this capacity. I thank everyone who has offered support and encouragement. I am proud to have been able to make a contribution to the clean energy future. I will continue to do so, in the months and years ahead."

Glen Beck's life is about to get very interesting. He stomped on a hornet's nest with both feet. It'll be interesting to see how it all unfolds.
I love it. What a treat to watch the media and watch dog groups pressure President Obama and see him cave! How arrogant of him to place a radical communist in his Czar circle of friends! Keep showing your true colors Barack Obama! I hope you're a one term president like President Carter!
I'm sure Glenn Beck and others know the risk they are taking and will watch their backs. I am so encouraged 'We the People' are waking up and ready to stand against a Progressive revolution.
I am encouraged watching liberal Democrats on the news acknowledging that they don't want a radical agenda. They are starting to seperate themselves. I also hope the Blue Dog's are starting to see that the Democratic Party was infiltrated by the Communist Party. It's not just the Republican party that is being fractured.

The media - both conservative and liberal - is falling all over themselves trying to figure out 1) What happened to Van Jones; 2) Why did it happen; 3) Who to blame; and finally - 4) Who is Van Jones.
Amen, Charlotte...but I'm hoping he's less than a one-term President. Resignation or impeachment would work just fine.
That deserves an Amen.
