Arkansas AG McDaniel Stands with Union Bosses Instead of Workers
AG Dustin McDaniels Stands Behind AFL-CIO |
“Democrat Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has chosen to side with the likes of the AFL-CIO instead of with Arkansas workers,” said Republican Party of Arkansas Communications Director Katherine Vasilos. “If our own Attorney General does not fight this blatant assault on private industry, then what will he do if the NLRB comes down on an industry looking to locate in Arkansas because of our right-to-work law?”
“As a right-to-work state facing the highest unemployment rate in 24 years, our leaders must be proactive in promoting private investment and economic development efforts in Arkansas,” Vasilos added. “Having an Attorney General not willing to fight the NLRB’s overreach certainly sends the message that Arkansas is not friendly to business.”
President of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Randy Zook called on Arkansas’ officials to join him in “vigorously opposing this misguided effort," citing that the Boeing challenge “represents a clear-cut threat to our business recruitment efforts.”
“Why is Democrat Dustin McDaniel ignoring the call to confront the NLRB for punishing right-to-work states and hindering job creation?” asked Vasilos “Today, the state GOP calls on McDaniel to join the 16-state amicus brief and fight for the people of Arkansas and the nation.”

We just need to get rid of him. Obamacare and Unions have America on her knees.2012 can not come fast enough.Possibly an impeachment might be sooner.
No impeachment is possible so long as the Dems control the Senate. The GoP doesn't have the strength to get a writ thru congress.
O'McDaniels & O'Beebe..tip toeing in the tulips ... what a pair!!!
GONE GONE GONE ... not on my ballot you don't!!!
Think for a long time I had the opportunity to read something so interesting and containing as effective.
Would the illegal alien related to the President be one of the 300,000+ who have been given an amnesty by recent ICE regulations? ICE gave citizenship and legal status to some of the Fort Dix Six Terror group. Onyango Obama only has a multiple criminal record, almost killed someone while driving drunk, and committed ID Fraud.
@Patrick on what grounds would an impeachment be legit in the current circumstance?
How about breaking the law, ignoring existing law (illegals, both), anti and unconstitutional behaviors, lying to congress, theft. All of these things could be considered felonies and all are then grounds for impeachment but it isn't going to happen to BO.
@Patrick Franco suggested impeachment in your opinion has Obama transgressed any legal boundaries that would warrent an impeachment?
Although I think Obama has been terrible, I would have have to agree with Sonny that he has not (that we know of) done anything that is impeachable
Sonny, So long as BO continues to be protected by both major parties and the MSM, there is no chance to prove he has done anything illegal but, after the next election, he'll likely lose that protection and there will be congressmen pushing for investigations of a number of BO actions, not the least of which will be to prove his citizenship. From his BC to his SS no., to his college transcripts to his passports and scholarships, there is a lot of evidence he is not legal and that by itself is a major reason he is being protected. If illegal, then his every act must also be illegal and that would create a lot of chaos. The president can, by executive order, cause many things to be done, but Congress has to agree to allow those acts to stand. When the GOP has a majority again, we can hope (and fight the establishment GOP) they will do the right things and negate many of not all BO's acts and orders. I repeat, lying to Congress, ordering federal agencies to break existing law, and ignoring laws, are ALL impeachable offenses; some are felonies.
Recently, guns were allowed to cross the borders by the ATF on orders from the WH. Illegal aliens have been allowed to remain in the USA receiving Gov monies despite laws requiring foreigners to register and request permission to enter the ...USA and laws that restrict monies from being given illegal aliens and non SS paying people in USA. Yep, the laws are on the books just being ignored by US agencies. BO has told so many lies and so often that if you cannot think of any examples I can only assume you are either not looking or believe the Koolaid drinking leftists masquerading as democrats.
The Democrat party has numerous congresspeople who are also registered members of the Socialist Party. Check their website for a list.
None of those are impeachable offenses
Any felonious action is impeachable, Ordering an agency to ignore existing law is felonious.
"O'McDaniel & O'Beebe are in bed with the Unions!
