Bush issued a warning of what would happen in the future should the United States withdraw armed forces from Iraq. Now, seven years later, the president’s admonition mimics what’s happening in Iraq today. On "The Kelly File," host Megyn Kelly recalled that prophetic warning from President George W. Bush in 2007 on what would happen if the U.S. withdrew from Iraq too soon.
