Trump Wins South Carolina - Jeb Bish Suspends His Campaign For President 2016
ARRA News Service: After reviewing all the various summary, the following CNN graphic best summed up the South Carolina Republican Primary results for the Republicans. Donald J. Trump won all 50 Delegates by winning 32.5% of the vote, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz were in virtual tie with Rubio edging out Cruz. Neither Rubio nor Cruz received any delegates.
After the initial primary results for the South Carolina primary were posted, Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush suspended his campaign. "The people of Iowa and New Hampshire and South Carolina have spoken," Bush said in a speech. "And tonight, I am suspending my campaign." He added, "I've had an incredible life, and for me, public service has been the highlight of that life. But no matter what the future holds, here's the greatest ... landing you can imagine — tonight I'm going to sleep with the best friend I have and the love of my life."
