Obamacare ‘Clearly Failing’ The American People

CONNECTICUT: “State leaders announced late Monday afternoon that ConnectiCare will not sell Obamacare policies on the state's insurance exchange next year. . . ConnectictiCare's departure comes as two smaller insurers on the exchange — UnitedHealthcare and HealthyCT — have also departed. No applicants surfaced as of Friday's deadline. . . - “In Minnesota, Eagan-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota said in June that next year it would drop individual market policies for about 100,000 people.
