House Votes To Repeal Anti-Coal Rule! Senate Next!
It’s time to end the War on Coal! Tell US Senate To VOTE YES on H.J. Res. 38! |
Today, in a 236 to 186 vote the House voted to repeal Obama’s so-called “stream buffer rule” that was designed to be “atomic” for the coal industry!
The War on Coal, and your electric bill, is finally being reversed!
Not only has this repeal passed the House, but the Senate could begin debate on this legislation as early as tonight!
And since this is a “Congressional Review Act” resolution, by law liberals in the Senate won’t be able to filibuster a vote on it!
Thank you very much for your rapid response on this critical vote. As always, I am incredibly grateful for American Commitment members like you who consistently put the heat on our Representatives before these critical votes.
It’s because of your swift action that we, together, will be able to undo so much of Obama’s disastrous legacy.
This is just one first step toward ending the War on Coal and reversing all of Obama's disastrous regulations. But what a great first step.
Let’s keep the momentum going! Tell the Senate to pass H.J. Res. 38 and tell America’s coal workers “You’re Hired!”
