No it does not tear down this wall. It keeps it's foundations in Marxist Doctrine. It only trims around the edges. ONLY the Fair Tax TEARS DOWN THE IRS WALL FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL. LEARN IT! Know it!! LIVE IT!!!
