Founders Condemn Govt Laws
KrisAnne Hall, JD: The argument that government should be able to force a Christian business person to operate beyond his conscience is not only completely in violation of every Religious Liberty clause in every State & our federal Constitutions, it is:
1. Theft of private property
2. The mark of an unjust government
3. Political Tyranny
Look closely at what James Madison says here. His words are not an anomaly. The creators of our Republic spoke boldly and often about the intimate relationship between liberty of conscience and the security of private property. Here Madison even say that Liberty of Conscience IS PROPERTY. The continual blather that we have to make up modern interpretation for the interpretation of the Constitution is befitting of an educational cretin and not someone who deserves respect in the academia. The creators of our Republic wrote reams and reams about what they meant and how they designed our Constitution to be applied. Alexander Hamilton makes this point very clear in Federalist #78:
"There is no position which depends on clearer principles, than that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid." A private citizen has the right to be a total jerk and discriminate against a Christian or any other member of society for that matter. But when that private citizen employs the government to force a person to operate beyond the governance of their conscience, it is a violent violation of the highest degree. People who lift up banners of equity and justice ought to be ashamed of such conduct in a person but even more so when that conduct comes at the force of their government by their request.
#DidYouKnow the Supreme Court issued an opinion recently TEACHING local and State governments HOW to discriminate against Christians and do the very thing Madison says ought not be allowed in government? I suspect you do not, as the media covered this #SCOTUS opinion but they lied to you about what it did.
Read this and see what you think about Madison's assessment of our CURRENT government.
This may not be popular and probably a "come & get it" whistle for all the trolls. But hey, I #SpeakTruth and if that offends, GOOD you need to be offended.
