Three Mayors

by Mario Murillo Ministries: With all my heart I pray you get this. God in His infinite mercy has given us a glimpse into the zombie apocalypse a Biden Presidency would mean. This foretaste of madness is found in the despicable manner in which 3 derelict Democrat mayors have ruined their cities.

I believe that what I am about to show you will lead you to this undeniable conclusion: Joe Biden will do to America what Ted Wheeler has done to Portland, what Jenny Durkan has done to Seattle, and what Lori Lightfoot has done to Chicago.

Ted Wheeler: Appeasing rioters for political gain. He ordered a barrier to be removed that protected a Federal Courthouse from being burned so he could reopen a bike lane. He left Federal property unprotected from rioters, but was still jeered at by the very demonstrators he sought to please. He wants to please everyone—except the people that count.

The demands of Black Lives Matter and Antifa are insatiable. By giving in to them, Wheeler has guaranteed endless chaos. There is no sign that Portland will return to normal, anytime soon.

Like Wheeler, Biden will cave to every demand of the radical left, but it will still not be enough. Every day Biden throws another bone to Bernie Sanders supporters—the most radical Democrats in history. In fact today, 300 Democrat Delegates gave Biden an ultimatum: Medicare for everyone or else we will not confirm you as the nominee. The chaos you see in Portland will be nationalized by Biden.

Jenny Durkan: Ceding private property to thugs. She allowed rioters take over a neighborhood: the zone called CHOP, under the control of the violent rioters. She let them close the police station—the only one that protected the local residents—who then became hostages. Small businesses were destroyed. Two murders were the inevitable result of police vehicles and ambulances being blocked from coming to the aid of local residents. I can’t imagine a more irresponsible thing that a Mayor could do to the citizens of her city. But, she did it.

It was only after protestors came to her house, and she got a taste of her own medicine, that she shut down the insanity.

How is that like Biden? In every way imaginable. He will sacrifice property rights and the safety of neighborhoods in exactly the same manner. Durkan wanted to look ‘woke.’ Even if it meant people dying. Biden will do the same, as he has promised to provide amnesty and a pathway to U.S. citizenship to the 11 to 22 million illegal aliens now living in America and he would “welcome hundreds of millions of the world’s migrants.".

Lori Lightfoot: Hatred for Trump is more important than the people she is supposed to serve. Lightfoot is the worst of the three because she oversees the killing fields of Chicago and would rather let it continue than to receive help from the federal government—because that help comes from Donald Trump.

Black people are being murdered at a record rate in Chicago. The violence and death are out of control: 64 shot & 11 killed the weekend of July 11th and 12th, then this past weekend, another 59 were shot, leaving 3 dead. 373 have been killed just this year, a 35% increase over 2019. And yet, here is the Mayor, who is a total failure at stopping this violence, declaring she will not allow President Trump to “terrorize” the city by deploying federal troops to crack down on the escalating violence. The drive-by shootings are out of control. Five days ago, there was another mass shooting outside of a funeral home in the Windy City, and 15 people were wounded, 10 women and five men.

What kind of a person would characterize federal troops that have been sent to help, as storm troopers sent to terrorize a city that is an open war zone? Those who are trapped in Chicago’s streets of blood are begging for help. But Mayor Lightfoot refused the offer of help, simply because she hates Trump.

Biden hates Trump also. He hates him enough to destroy the economy Trump built. He hates him enough to defund the police, because Trump is pro-police.

What more can you possibly need to know in order to make your choice? God in His mercy has granted you a preview of Biden in the obvious destruction of three once wonderful cities—cities destroyed by the same hate, and the blind ‘wokeness’ of these three mayors.

God once issued a warning to Israel that is perfect for this moment: After the people decided they wanted to be just like all the nations around them, and have a new form of government, God agreed. He would give them a king, telling the prophet Samuel, “Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them” (I Samuel 8:7). How similar to what is happening in America today: the people want to reject democracy and replace it with Marxist Socialism.

So, Samuel told all the words of the Lord to the people who asked him for a king. And he said, “This will be the behavior of the king who will reign over you: He will take your sons and appoint them for his own chariots and to be his horsemen, and some will run before his chariots. He will appoint captains over his thousands and captains over his fifties, he will set some to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and some to make his weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. He will take your daughters to be perfumers, cooks, and bakers. And he will take the best of your fields, your vineyards, and your olive groves, and give them to his servants. He will take a tenth of your grain and your vintage, and give it to his officers and servants. And he will take your male servants, your female servants, your finest young men, and your donkeys, and put them to his work. He will take a tenth of your sheep. And you will be his servants. And you will cry out in that day because of your king whom you have chosen for yourselves, but the Lord will not hear you in that day” (1 Samuel 8:10-17).

In the same way, if America does not reject Socialism, the hand of the Lord will be withdrawn, and great darkness will cover the earth. Learn from the three mayors, and reject a Biden presidency that will bring with it everything it brought to those three cities. Reject Socialism, this worst of all forms of government, that has been responsible for the deaths of 100 million people, worldwide.
