The fight to remedy the stole election continues! Earlier this week I noted that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit at the Supreme Court challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Seventeen states have now joined that lawsuit.

The states supporting Texas at the Supreme Court are: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia. Congratulations to their courageous attorneys general.

In their supporting brief, filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, these states allege that "non-legislative actors . . . unconstitutionally abolished or diluted statutory safeguards against fraud enacted by their state Legislatures, in violation of the Presidential Electors Clause," and that these actions "predictably conferred partisan advantage on one candidate in the Presidential election."

In announcing his brief, Schmitt declared, "The integrity of our elections is of critical importance to maintaining our republic, both today and in future elections." I couldn't agree more.

In addition to this brief, 27 House Republicans are calling on Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to investigate the irregularities in the 2020 election.

Hunter On The Hot Seat
Throughout the campaign, Donald Trump and Mike Pence repeatedly raised Hunter Biden's shady business dealings in places like communist China, but the entire media complex censored it.

When President Trump brought up Hunter's foreign connections during one of the debates, Joe Biden dismissed it as Russian disinformation, a bald-faced lie.

All the commentators on CNN, MSNBC and the mainstream media networks refused to even address the charges, claiming that there was no basis for questioning Hunter's foreign work and his integrity.

Well, they were wrong. Yesterday Hunter Biden was forced to admit that he is indeed under investigation by federal officials and has been since 2018. That's not surprising given that several of his former business associates have already been convicted. (Here and here.)

Tony Bobulinski, one of Hunter's business partners, came forward to publicly disclose what he knew about the Biden family's ties to China. But virtually no media outlets would talk to him.

We reported weeks ago that there was an active criminal investigation involving Hunter Biden's business dealings. But Americans who get their news from the "mainstream media" never knew that because the media refused to talk about it.

The media's censorship was a big part of the left's effort to steal this election.

So, there are lots of interesting questions now. If you needed another reason to insist on a full investigation of election fraud, here it is. Has the Biden family been compromised by communist China?

And if Joe Biden is allowed to take office, does anyone think the investigation of his son will be allowed to continue?

By the way, Hunter is not the only Biden under investigation. Joe's brother, James Biden, is also facing a criminal investigation.

Swalwell's Strange Answer
Rep. Eric Swalwell is digging in his heels and Democrats are circling the wagons to protect him. We alluded to this yesterday, but when asked whether his relationship with a communist honeypot was sexual in nature, his staff refused to comment, saying that information was "classified."

I'm sure Bill Clinton must be frustrated for not having thought of that answer for his fouling of the Oval Office with Monica Lewinsky!

No doubt many of you may be wondering how your liberal friends are reacting to the Swalwell story. Well, you probably need to tell them about it because the fake news media are not reporting it.

Apparently, a U.S. congressman being compromised by a communist spy is not newsworthy. The "mainstream" networks completely ignored it, while CNN gave it about three minutes.

Speaking on Sean Hannity's show last night, former Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell said, "I can tell you without giving away too much intelligence [the Swalwell story] is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the leverage that China is putting on our politicians. There are many, many more."

It's not surprising that the communist Chinese targeted Swalwell. He has what Shakespeare called that "lean and hungry look." He was tapped early on as a rising star on the left. And like so many progressives, he always assumes America is at fault, while frequently making excuses for communist China.

When President Trump raised concerns about communist China, the left and its media allies immediately accused Trump of following the Russian playbook by attempting to smear progressives by linking them to China.

But it's the exact opposite of what we have been told. Leftists in Congress, like Swalwell, and in the media who have been harping on Russian collusion have been following the Chinese communist playbook.

They have tried to protect China by going after Donald Trump and conservatives who are tough on communist China by accusing conservatives of doing the work of Russia!

She's Back!
This morning I saw the news that Susan Rice, the chief liar in the Benghazi massacre, is first in line if we can't stop the steal to be Joe Biden's chief domestic policy adviser and director of the White House Domestic Policy Council.

That's the same position I held under President Ronald Reagan. It makes me sick to think a person of such low character could sit in the same office I sat in when I was advising one of our greatest presidents.

Coincidentally, President Trump invited Carol and me to one of the White House Christmas parties last week. After we arrived, Carol snapped this photo of me under the portrait of my old boss.
