Biden Administration Opposing Arkansas’ SAFE Act in Federal Court

by Jerry Cox: The Biden Administration recently filed a statement of interest opposing Arkansas’ SAFE Act in federal court. The SAFE Act protects children from puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex-reassignment procedures.
