Pelosi Panics, COVID Lies, Values Voter Summit
by Gary Bauer: Pelosi Panics:
Speaker Nancy Pelosi finally went to the floor of the House of Representatives and publicly condemned the violence engulfing many of America's cities. Of course, she did not specifically condemn Antifa by name.
As she spoke, I could sense the panic in her voice, which tells me one thing: The Democrats' internal polls must be showing that the public perceives the left as being soft on crime and tolerant of looting and rioting. That's why she is speaking up now.
Keep in mind, the rioting started over 100 days ago. During that time, Pelosi referred to federal law enforcement officers as "stormtroopers." Her party from top to bottom has not only embraced the "defund the police" movement, it has engaged in demonizing rhetoric that leads to ambushes and assassination attempts against law enforcement.
Not surprisingly, polling shows the public believes there is a war on police. They're right. And it's being led by the radical left with a wink and nod from progressive politicians like Pelosi!
When asked about the attacks on historical monuments and the Founding Fathers, Pelosi said, "People will do what they do." And when the president, the vice president and other conservatives condemned the growing violence, progressives accused them of being bigots for condemning the "peaceful" social justice protests.
So, is Pelosi a bigot now?
Hundreds of law enforcement personnel have been seriously injured in multiple Democrat-run cities. Officers have been murdered. Many are retiring early, making these Democrat-run cities even less safe. The financial toll of this left-wing insurrection has broken all records compared to past periods of unrest.
And Pelosi's just now condemning it.
She's not worried about cops getting hurt. She's worried about Democratic candidates getting hurt at the ballot box!
Speaking Of The War On Cops. . .
The reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual who attempted to assassinate two Los Angeles sheriff's deputies has grown to $675,000. Not one penny is from Lebron James.
I wonder how many more police officers have to die before an NBA player will wear one of their names on their jersey.
Meanwhile, Los Angeles officials are trying to force Sheriff Alex Villanueva to resign. He's leading an investigation to find the wannabe assassin of two officers and they want to get rid of him!
I suspect they are furious that Sheriff Villanueva had the audacity to expose the hypocrisy of people like Lebron James, who are preaching about social justice while showing little if any sympathy for the lives of law enforcement officers.
COVID Lies
Local officials in Nashville have a lot of explaining to do. They have kept "Music City" in a partial lockdown for no good reason apparently, and now they are facing charges of "orchestrating a cover up."
An email exchange between a top public health official and the mayor's office shows that the city could trace only 80 COVID cases to area bars and restaurants, when nursing homes and construction sites accounted for more than 1,000 cases.
Nashville is tremendously dependent on tourism and its downtown is a great attraction that provides many jobs. Needless to say, many local business owners and workers are furious.
Some are asking why city officials would maintain such tight restrictions without clear evidence. Are you kidding me? One country superstar blasted Nashville's mayor as the "Bill de Blasio of the South."
And there's your motivation. COVID is virtually non-existent in New York City, yet de Blasio still refuses to reopen.
A top education official in Los Angeles said the schools there would not reopen "until we are done with the election."
Whether it's the socialists running New York, a pretend moderate in Nashville or a public school official in California, they all know what their assignment is: To keep as much of the country in economic pain and emotionally distraught as long as possible.
The fact that this is being ignored by the media, which is supposed to be a check on government corruption, is just one more example of how our political opponents will stop at nothing to gain power.
It also explains why Donald Trump is right to raise questions about whether left-wing postal union members could be willing participants in efforts to destroy or misdirect Republican ballots or produce and deliver ballots of non-existent voters.
Trump's Record
Lost in all the headlines this week was the news from the Census Bureau that median household income hit a record high in 2019 of just under $69,000. It also hit a record high in 2018. In addition, the poverty rate fell to its lowest level in 60 years.
Do you see a pattern here?
President Trump's policies of tax cuts and deregulation supercharged the economy, and Americans of all races and income levels benefitted.
Household incomes among Hispanics grew 7.1%. Among black households incomes increased 7.9%. Asian households saw their incomes increase 10.6%. And median earnings for women increased 7.8%.
While the left talks about helping women and minorities, Donald Trump's policies actually improved their lives! (Click here for a list of Trump's accomplishments.)
This is what Trump accomplished for all Americans in his first three years. What has Joe Biden done for us in his 47 years in public office?
"Bring It On!"
Last week, I predicted that Pastor John MacArthur might soon be preaching from behind bars. Well, he's ready for that very possibility. During an appearance on Laura Ingraham's show Tuesday, MacArthur said he has received a notice from California officials warning that he could go to jail for six months. His response:
"Of course, my biblical hero apart from the Lord Jesus Christ is the apostle Paul, and when he went into a town, he didn't ask what the hotel was like, he asked what the jail was like because he knew that's where he was gonna spend his time.
"So I don't mind being a little apostolic if they want to tuck me in a jail. I'm open for a jail ministry. I've done a lot of other ministries and haven't had the opportunity to do that one, so bring it on."

by Mike Huckabee: "Putting a national lockdown, stay-at-home orders, is like house arrest. It’s --- you know, other than slavery, which was a different kind of restraint --- this is the greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history.”
Attorney General Bill Barr made the above comment during a discussion at Hillsdale College on Wednesday. The lying and twisting of his words started immediately, along with the expected OUTRAGE!!! CNN accused him onscreen of “comparing stay-at-home orders and slavery” as Rep. James Clyburn of South Carolina exclaimed, “I think that that statement by Mr. Barr was the most ridiculous, tone-deaf, God-awful things I’ve ever heard. It is incredible that the chief law enforcement officer in this country would equate human bondage to expert advice to save lives.”
Except that Barr DIDN’T “equate human bondage” to following lockdown advice. Read it again. He specifically EXEMPTED slavery from the comparison he was making. He was comparing the lockdown with all the other intrusions on civil liberties EXCEPT slavery, which he placed in a class by itself. When you take slavery (and surely he meant that to encompass the later Jim Crow laws as well) out of the discussion, as he did, it’s certainly arguable that widespread stay-at-home orders and the near-total lockdown of the American economy are exactly what he said they are, the worst and most large-scale intrusion on civil liberties we’ve ever had.
That doesn’t matter, though, because a lot of people aren’t smart or conscientious enough to look at what Barr really said and understand the difference. Of those who ARE capable of doing this, some of them deliberately twist his words to fool the less intelligent and/or informed.
CNN kept on with this, of course, with presidential historian Jon Meacham saying in an interview with Don Lemon that “...it’s incendiary hyperbole. If you think that this is akin to slavery, you obviously never suffered under the burden of slavery in real-time or in its longtime, uh, longtime system of segregation...”
Except that Barr never said the lockdown was “akin” to slavery. To repeat: he exempted slavery from the comparison, as it was a “different kind of restraint” (indeed). Barr was comparing the lockdown to OTHER intrusions on civil liberties and finding it to be the most extreme of THOSE intrusions.
Barr was right. To cite just one example, I’ve written about the damage done to the great city of Nashville, right around the corner from where I produce my TV show. The tourist economy of Nashville has been destroyed by the closing of restaurants and bars by mayor John Cooper, along with the livelihoods of countless musicians. Shockingly, government officials have even tried to hide the data that show a relatively tiny number of people caught the virus at those restaurants and bars. The intrusion into people’s lives and livelihoods has been devastating.
As brilliant as Barr is, he should anticipate before the words come out of his mouth how they'll be twisted to say something he didn’t mean at all, and speak accordingly to head off incidents like this. But this time, sadly, he let the predictable happen. Because of the resolve he has to discover the truth about certain activities, he’s got a big target on his back. Attorney General Barr is seen by the left as a huge threat --- you know, not counting Donald Trump, who is uniquely loathed and despised --- and is perhaps the biggest threat to the left in American history.
See what I did in that last sentence? I did NOT compare Barr to Donald Trump or say that Barr is “akin” to Donald Trump. I set Trump aside in the discussion. I said if you DON’T INCLUDE TRUMP, then Barr is maybe the biggest threat the left had ever faced. Just as Barr was saying if you DON’T INCLUDE SLAVERY, then the lockdown was the worst intrusion on civil liberties Americans have ever faced.
See?
In another part of the same conversation, Barr said this of the organization Black Lives Matter:
"They’re not interested in black lives...they’re interested in ‘props,’ a small number of blacks who are killed by police during, uh, conflict with police, usually less than a dozen a year, who they can use as props to achieve a much broader political agenda.”
Again...OUTRAGE!! You’d think that Barr had said he personally wasn’t interested in black lives. No, he was exposing the ugly truth about an organization that is centered around a Marxist agenda and is using black lives –- and the pretext of racial “justice” –- to further that agenda. They ARE using tragic incidents with police to start riots, looting and burning that, ironically, destroy black lives and predominantly black neighborhoods. That organization apparently is NOT interested in the damage it causes those black lives.
Once again, Barr is correct.
Don’t think so? In a must-read article, here’s what you should know about the real BLM, the so-called “Black Lives Matter.”
Black Lives Matter founder Alicia Garza has another venture called the Black Futures Lab, and if you click to donate (for the love of heaven, don’t donate), you’ll be told to send the money to the “Chinese Progressive Association” explaining that the Black Futures Lab is “a fiscally sponsored project of the Chinese Progressive Association.”
By the way, the Chinese Progressive Association is organized as a 501(c)3, tax-exempt.
A 2009 paper from Stanford University that appears on the website Marxist.org describes it as a pro-People’s Republic of China organization whose “support for the PRC was based on the inspiration its members took from what they saw as a successful grassroots model that presented a viable alternative to Western capitalism.”
That's what this is really about. Again, read the article, and Barr will not only be seen as correct but as understating the threat of Black Lives Matter.
by Brian C. Joondeph: Labor Day is in the rear-view mirror meaning that the presidential campaign is in full swing. With less than two months until the big day, the electoral winds appear to be blowing in President Trump’s direction.
Many view public opinion polls with well-deserved skepticism. Most polls aim to influence rather than reflect public opinion. Instead of surveying likely voters, many query whoever answers the phone, whether or not they are registered or likely voters. Many polls over-sample Democrats, skewing poll results in favor of the Democrat candidate.
Rasmussen Reports, the most accurate poll ahead of the 2016 presidential election, in their Daily Presidential Tracking Poll shows Trump with a total approval of 52 percent on September 16, two points ahead of Barack Obama eight years ago when he was cruising to reelection.
This week Rasmussen Reports released a national survey of 2,500 US likely voters and despite a four-point over sampling of Democrats, Trump now has a one-point lead, 47-46 percent, over Biden when those surveyed were asked who they would vote for. This was the first time Trump topped Biden in this poll.
Interestingly, 22 percent of surveyed blacks said they are voting for Trump. In 2016, Trump received 8.4 percent of the black vote. Imagine if he was to double or triple that percentage. Black voters are part of the traditional Democrat base, and Trump is chipping away at them.
Within his own base, Trump is at 87 percent approval among Republicans, higher than Reagan or either of the Bushes, only Eisenhower scoring one point higher back in the 1950s.
Lastly, Hillary Clinton led Donald Trump in competitive swing states by far larger margins than Biden leads Trump during this electoral cycle. And we know how the election turned out despite her so-called polling advantage.
Other metrics beyond polls should also be noted as they cast a favorable glow on Trump’s chances of reelection. How about crowds and enthusiasm?
Trump rallies are back, attendees lining up the day before, the and many more watching from the overflow area. In contrast, Biden “rallies” consist of a half-dozen reporters sitting widely spaced apart in painted circles.
Biden’s cognition remains problematic. Trump can speak for over an hour, on or off the teleprompter, serious then funny, humble then poking the media, all highly entertaining while connecting with his audience. Biden in contrast needs a teleprompter even to answer prearranged interview questions.
Biden is only asked softball questions, given to questioners ahead of time. Trump holds “chopper pressers” before boarding Marine One almost daily, most questions hostile and certainly nothing prearranged or scripted.
Biden has baggage, too, despite efforts by the media to ignore or downplay these nagging issues. Senator Ron Johnson plans on soon releasing a report on Joe and son Hunter’s Ukraine corruption. His role in Spygate is still to be determined, awaiting a report or indictments from the Durham investigation.
Democrats and the media have been hurling October surprises at Trump for four years. Recent ones include The Atlantic story, unverified, and now walked back by the editor. Bob Woodward’s book is a dud, occupying the news cycle for a few days then being tossed into the same closet where Stormy, Avenatti and Omarosa sit in crumpled piles of yesterday’s news.
Hit pieces and bogus stories are nothing new. Neither are ridiculous claims of collusion and treason. Trump dealt with those before the 2016 presidential election. The biggest difference between 2016 and 2020 is that now Trump is president, on the inside looking out, rather than on the outside looking in.
In 2016, the Obama administration used the judicial and intelligence might of the federal government to spy on Trump and his campaign. That won’t happen again as he is now in control of these agencies. At least one would hope so, despite an anti-Trump deep state at many of these agencies.
Democrats and the media undoubtedly have more surprises lined up. But Trump being the current president will see these surprises coming from a mile away as he sits atop the full power of the same agencies that four years ago tried to destroy him. Incumbency has huge advantages, and it takes special effort for an incumbent to lose reelection, Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush as two recent examples.
From the virus and shutdowns to riots and now fires, Trump and his inner circle are far more prepared for such curveballs compared to 2016 when he was a complete outsider with only a skeleton campaign staff. He has likely gamed out every scenario from mail-in ballots to civil unrest to a contested election result to Biden dropping out of the race at the last minute.
He also knows the stakes for him, his family and the country if he loses on November 3 as his political enemies attempt scorched earth annihilation of anyone connected to or supportive of Trump. Trump is a fighter and a student of Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War.” He understands how revenge is a dish best served cold.
Despite media histrionics and predictions of his electoral demise, betting against Trump is a losing bet, as the last five years have illustrated. Polls can never measure this “cold anger,”,but it may be the biggest predictor of his upcoming reelection.Beyond the Polls, Trump is Sitting Pretty

by Patrick Buchanan: Recognition of Israel by the UAE and Bahrain will, it is predicted, be followed by recognition of Israel by Oman and other Gulf states, perhaps even Saudi Arabia. But the idea that peace is at hand appears to be, as Mark Twain said of reports of his death, premature.
Having presided over the recognition of Israel by the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, President Donald Trump has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize amid talk of peace breaking out across the region.
Assuredly, this is a major diplomatic breakthrough, and Nancy’s Pelosi’s sour-grapes dismissal of the deal as a “distraction” testifies to that truth.
Recognition of Israel by the UAE and Bahrain will, it is predicted, be followed by recognition of Israel by Oman and other Gulf states, perhaps even Saudi Arabia. But the idea that peace is at hand appears to be, as Mark Twain said of reports of his death, premature.
Indeed, the Gulf Arabs could be signing up to recognize Israel because they see the Jewish state as an indispensable ally in the Arab Sunni clash with the larger and more powerful Shiite Iran.
In 1979, the Camp David Accords were signed in a land-for-peace deal whereby Israel returned the Sinai, captured in the 1967 Six-Day War, to Egypt. Egypt’s Anwar Sadat and Israel’s Menachem Begin both won the Nobel Prize for Peace. Yet, while peace was established between Cairo and Jerusalem, that did not inaugurate an era of peace.
Jordan’s King Hussein recognized Israel in 1994. Yet, since then, Israel has fought wars with Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Palestinians of the West Bank in successive intifadas.
The Palestinian issue also seems no closer to resolution.
What the Gulf Arabs are saying with these recognitions is that the seemingly irreconcilable Palestinian-Israeli conflict can no longer be permitted to interfere with the Arabs’ pursuit of allies in the conflict that more immediately concerns them — that of Iran against the Sunni Arab nations of the Persian Gulf.
The Palestinians are the losers here, having lost their veto power over Arab nations establishing ties to Israel. As for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, it seems even further from resolution.
The “deal of the century” peace plan midwifed by Jared Kushner projected a Palestinian state on two-thirds of the West Bank. The rest of the West Bank, now occupied by half a million Jewish settlers, would be ceded to Israel.
Any Palestinian leader who signed away Jerusalem and a third of the West Bank to Israel would risk ending up like Matthias Erzberger, who signed the Versailles Treaty in Paris for Germany and was assassinated in the Black Forest in August 1921.
Other conflicts in the region contradict the notion of a coming era of peace. Syria’s civil war, where Russia, Hezbollah and Iran are supporting the Damascus regime of Bashar Assad is unfinished, though Assad has regained control of most of his country.
The Yemen civil war remains a bloody and inconclusive conflict between a Saudi-backed regime which was driven out of the capital by Houthi rebels five years ago. U.S.-backed Saudi airstrikes have made of the country a human rights catastrophe. There is even talk of war crimes charges being brought against Riyadh for its bombings, and the United States for having sustained and supported those airstrikes.
In Libya, a civil war is underway between the recognized regime backed by Turkey and rebels backed by the UAE, Russia and Egypt.
In the Eastern Mediterranean, there is a naval stand-off between NATO allies Greece and Turkey over who owns the oil and gas below the seas off Cyprus and the Greek islands closest to the Turkish coast.
Then there is the undeclared war being waged against Iran by Israel and to which the U.S. is contributing with the crushing sanctions it has imposed to weaken and to isolate the ayatollah’s regime.
U.S. military action against Iran, before Election Day, long advocated by hawks in this city and Israel, cannot be ruled out.
As for the Afghan civil war, in which the U.S. has been engaged for 19 years, it remains unresolved, though the Taliban have begun talks with the Kabul government. Then there is the endless Turkish-Kurd conflict inside Turkey that has spilled over into Iraq and Syria.
In establishing embassies in Israel, the UAE and Bahrain are taking a risk, making a wager on who will emerge as dominant in the Middle East.
While the UAE is a significant power in the Persian Gulf, Bahrain is a collection of islands of 300 square miles with a population fewer than two million people, a Sunni king and a Shiite majority.
Though home port to the U.S. Fifth Fleet, it is vulnerable.
A decade ago, the king was almost dethroned by a Shiite uprising sparked by the Arab Spring. Saudi Arabia had to send an army across the causeway to put down the resistance and save the regime.
Even Israel is not truly at peace today, with its drones, planes and missiles intermittently striking Iranian-backed militia in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq. Still, all in all, this week brought good news on at least one front of the Middle East’s forever wars.

The Abraham Accords underscore the failure at the core of the Oslo Accords: You cannot make peace with people who justify your murder and seek your destruction. You can only make peace with those who accept you.
by Caroline B. Glick: Attending the White House signing ceremony on Tuesday of the Abraham Accords – which normalize relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain – was both moving and jarring. Standing at the South Lawn, just meters from the Rose Garden where the Oslo Accord were signed 27 years ago on September 13, 1993, the comparison between the two agreements was inescapable.
That ceremony was an act of political theater unsurpassed in the history of Israel. Yasser Arafat, chairman of the PLO, and architect of modern terrorism, grinned ear to ear as he received the royal treatment on the White House Lawn.
Seeking peace, Israel’s then-Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin promised the PLO land, money and weaponry, which Arafat used to build a terror state on the outskirts of Jerusalem. Arafat in turn promised to end terrorism, accept Israel’s right to exist and resolve all outstanding issues through peaceful negotiations. Arafat was lying.
I wanted to believe in the fake peace of 1993. But the grim facts made it impossible. For the past 27 years, first as a member of Israel’s negotiating team during my service in the IDF and then as a writer and a lecturer, like thousands of other Israelis and friends of Israel in the US and around the world, I devoted myself to exposing the lies and warning about the danger of empowering those who seek Israel’s destruction. I wrote hundreds of articles, briefed hundreds of politicians and community leaders in the US and worldwide. I wrote a book.
And as I sat in the garden at the White House today, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US President Donald Trump, UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Mahyan and Bahrain Foreign Minister Abdullatif Al Zayani standing in the portico before me, the names of the victims of that previous peace agreement rushed through my head. David Biri, Nachson Waxman, Kochava Biton, Ohad Bachrach, Ori Shachor, the Lapids, the Ungars, the Fogels, the Schijveschuurders, Madhat Yusuf, Shalhevet Pas and on and on and on.
I have been demonized as an “extremist” a “far right-winger,” an “enemy of peace,” and a “fascist” by members of the so-called “peace camp.” Think tanks and professionals with ties to the EU – the co-sponsor of the fake peace process – were afraid to invite me to speak, cite my articles or to review my book.
Now, 27 years and two days later, the Palestinians are outside the White House with Israeli “peace activists” protesting the peace ceremony at the White House. The EU is boycotting the peace ceremony. And sitting in the audience with me are politicians and leaders like Zionist Organization of American President Mort Klein; Senator Ted Cruz; radio host Mark Levin and former presidential candidate and Evangelical leader Gary Bauer whom I met with over the past decades to discuss the dangers of fake peace for Israel, for the United States and for prospects for true peace ever being achieved between Israel and the Arab world. Like me, they were devoted to ending the lie that peace is possible with people who justify the murder of innocent Israelis as a form of “legitimate resistance.” They too were reviled by the “peace camp” for speaking the truth.
Many of the guests made great efforts to come to the White House even in the midst of the global pandemic because it is clear that that this peace is something else. As people like Mossad director Yossi Cohen have said, it only seems like this event happened suddenly. It didn’t. It is the outgrowth of years of work by dedicated officials from all sides who quietly and carefully cultivated ties based not on lies but on real common interests and common concerns.
The UAE, Bahrain and Israel have come together because of the courageous leadership of President Donald Trump and his advisors who were willing to acknowledge the reality on the ground and listen to the voices those who opposed what happened at the White House 27 years ago. Trump and his team were willing to break ranks with generations of American policymakers who insisted that terrorists are the true peacemakers, the road to peace is appeasement, and those who look for mutual respect, human decency and shared interests as the basis of peace are right-wing warmongers.
This peace is not a function of Netanyahu changing his tune as his Likud predecessors Ariel Sharon, Ehud Olmert and others did, and joining the chorus of the fake peace camp. This peace owes to Netanyahu staying true to the core truths that stood at the root of the anti-Oslo protests. You cannot make peace with people who justify your murder and seek your destruction. You can only make peace with those who accept you as you are for what you are.
This peace is real peace. It is a peace to celebrate and cultivate. It is a peace based on respecting, and missing and loving and never forgetting the victims of the political theater that happened here 27 years ago. Where this peace will lead is unclear. The sky is the limit. But unless something goes terribly wrong, it will not lead to more Jewish victims of fake peace.

Dems Call Trump a Mass-Murdering Racist; His Poll Numbers Rise
by Larry Elder: According to a recent Hill-HarrisX poll of registered voters, President Donald Trump’s approval rating just hit its highest mark since June. This may or may not hold after back-to-back alleged “bombshells” about what Trump knew about COVID-19 and about Trump allegedly disparaging fallen soldiers as “losers.”
But still, for Democrats, these new poll numbers are triggering yet another round of head-shaking. After all, the Democratic perception and characterization of Trump is that of a crass, ignorant, xenophobic, incompetent, mass-murdering racist.
How, they ask, can someone who put the “d” in deplorable not find himself universally rejected? Or, as Peter Strzok, the fired senior FBI agent who led the Trump-Russia collusion probe, famously texted about the 2016 election, “Hillary should win 100,000,000-0.”
How, Dems ask, can such an overtly racist president get a 36% approval rating by Black likely voters in a July Rasmussen poll? After all, Trump recently denied the existence of “systemic racism” in law enforcement and said that there are “some bad apples” and cops who “choke” at critical times. Similarly, Attorney General Bill Barr, at a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing on police response to the street protests, also disputed the claim of police “systemic racism.” Barr said: “I think it would be an oversimplification to treat the problem as rooted in some deep-seated racism generally infecting our police departments. It seems far more likely that the problem stems from a complex mix of factors, which can be addressed with focused attention over time.”
And, in Florida, an NBC News/Marist poll shows Trump and Biden neck-and-neck at 48% each among likely voters eight weeks before the election. Even more astonishing to those who despise Trump because he “hates” Hispanics is that, in Florida, likely Hispanic voters give him a 50% approval rating versus Biden’s 46%.
There are many reasons why Trump is outperforming among Hispanic and Black likely voters compared with the typical Republican presidential candidate.
First, it’s hard to beat, pre-pandemic shutdown, historically low Hispanic and Black unemployment numbers. Trump supports school choice, enabling urban parents in communities of color to decide whether to send their kid to an often-underperforming government school versus taking the public dollars allocated for their kids to a better school option.
Second, a lot of Hispanics do not like illegal immigration any more than do non-Hispanics.
Third, the daily and nightly street protests and the protesters’ anti-cop rhetoric help make Trump’s “law and order” pitch look pretty appealing. As for the demand to “defund the police,” a Gallup poll performed June 23 to July 6, 2020, found that the percentage of whites who want police staffing to remain where it is or even increased is very close to the percentage of Blacks who want the staffing to remain where it is or to have it increased, at 88% and 81%, respectively.
It has become increasingly clear the goal is not a more “diverse” police force. The chief of police of Rochester, New York, who was fired after the death of a Black man in police custody, is Black. The police chief of Minneapolis, where George Floyd died, is Black and Hispanic. The racial composition of the police departments of New York City and Los Angeles increasingly reflect the racial demographics of their cities. Or, as the left likes to put it, the departments look like their cities.
Chanting protesters in Rochester made their goals clear: “If you don’t give us our s—, we’ll shut s— down.” A Chicago Black Lives Matter organizer defended looting in the city’s Magnificent Mile as “reparations.”
Well, buckle up. According to Mapping Police Violence, 30 unarmed Black men were killed in 2019, a monthly average of 2.5. So, we could easily see 2.5 “police brutality” protests per month. According to Statista, 7,407 Blacks were victims of homicide in 2018 — a monthly average of 617. And it is estimated that 90% of Black homicide victims are killed by other Blacks.
As for defunding the police, rapper Tupac Shakur said in 1994: “The same crime element that white people are scared of, Black people are scared of. The same crime element that white people fear, we fear. So, we defend ourselves from the same crime element that they’re scared of. You know what I’m saying? While they waiting for legislation to pass and everything, we next door to the killer. We next door to ’em, you know, because we up in the projects, where there’s 80 n—-s in the building. All them killers they letting out, they right there in that building. But just cause we Black, we get along with the killers or something? We get along with the rapists cause we Black and we from the same hood? What is that? We need protection, too.”
How ironic if, after the media and Democratic leaders’ three-plus years of maligning Trump as a xenophobic racist, Hispanic and Black voters help keep Trump in the White House for four more years.

by Cliff Kincaid: President Trump has been accused of going too slow on a coronavirus response. Now he’s accused of going too fast. “Danger of rushing vaccine,” screams the headline over the political gossip publication Axios, designed for elites in the Big Tech industry who don’t read too much but want to know what to say and who to censor. Meanwhile, the liberals in the media are in ecstasy over Barack Hussein’ Obama’s new book, A Promised Land.
Mike Allen of Axios says former Obama aides “tell me it's worth the wait” and that “Obama is a graceful, thoughtful writer who cares about the words – and has two previous bestsellers, Dreams from My Father and The Audacity of Hope.”
You may remember that Dreams from My Father concealed the identity of Obama’s Marxist mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, and was reportedly ghost-written by former communist terrorist and professor Bill Ayers. Jack Cashill tells this story in his new book, Unmasking Obama.
You may also remember a column I wrote about Mike Allen’s conservative father, the great Gary Allen, who wrote a series of books exposing communist personalities and plots. Mike turned his back on his father’s work and has pursued a journalistic career of pandering to the rich, famous, and powerful. Gary Allen exposed people like Henry Kissinger. Mike Allen idolizes Obama.
Cashill’s book Unmasking Obama explains how conservative media and public interest groups worked to uncover and expose a series of Obama scandals, especially his communist ties but also his use of government power against his political enemies. Hence, the subtitle is “The Fight to Tell the True Story of a Failed Presidency.”
The print edition for the new Obama book, including two 16-page photo inserts, is $45. You can get Cashill’s book for about half the price and it will fill in the gaps in public knowledge of America’s first Marxist president.
Obama is still important, not only because he’s hawking a new book, but because he’s the power behind the Joe Biden candidacy.
While conservatives note the references by Democratic vice-presidential candidate Kamala Harris to a planned “Harris Administration,” a Joe Biden victory will in reality be another Obama Administration, a third term for our 44th president. Anybody who gets Democratic Party email messages about the election understands that Obama is the fundraising hook or ploy in most of them. Biden can’t motivate the left, but Obama can.
The latest such message, entitled “President Obama believes. We do too,” comes from the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State. In effect, Obama is raising funds for a presidency that will feature Obama, rather than Biden, as the president, and Harris will continue to function in a subsidiary role. Obama is not going away and is the real power behind the Biden teleprompter.
In effect, the race is between Trump and Obama – not “Sleepy Joe.” Biden’s foreign policy advisers once worked for Obama and gave us the carnage in places like Syria. They are agitating for another Middle East war.
This is not to say that Kamala Harris doesn’t have a legislative agenda. In fact, she is the sponsor of a Senate marijuana legalization bill, the MORE Act, that has a House counterpart that will be voted on shortly. A coalition of thirty groups has just sent a letter in opposition to the MORE Act to House leadership.
Harris says dope brings joy to people. But studies and experts note its addictive qualities. The drug lowers I.Q. and can reduce young people to the level of Antifa thugs acting like cannon fodder for the revolution. Perhaps this is the plan.
In any case, expect the major media, including the outlets like Axios, to ignore all of this, and cheer for legalization of the drug. Many probably “enjoy” the drug themselves. Perhaps this addiction helps explain their fawning coverage of Obama.
Many Republicans ignore the damage caused by the pro-marijuana movement, largely funded by George Soros, because one of their own, Senator Cory Gardner, is running for re-election in Colorado. He is what drug expert David Evans calls a “pot whore” for the marijuana industry, which is exporting the drug nationwide. Marijuana smuggling from Colorado has become a national scandal, but Gardner continues to promote the deadly business. He should have stepped aside for a more conservative candidate and is going down to defeat, possibly costing the Republicans their Senate majority.
CNBC’s Jim Cramer apologized for calling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi “Crazy Nancy,” a nickname from Trump, but Cramer and Pelosi are both crazy because they promote dope as a legitimate business. Pelosi even claimed dope was a treatment for coronavirus. A study found 68 references in a Pelosi coronavirus relief bill to promoting marijuana.
Perhaps Obama’s “Promised Land” is one of free dope. His presidential pro-marijuana policies, carried out by his Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department, may have stemmed from his own history of heavy marijuana and cocaine use. His mentor Communist Frank Marshall Davis used drugs and produced pornography, among other nefarious activities.
Obama prefers Harris over Biden but will campaign for a Biden victory in November because he knows Biden is an empty suit and that Harris will be his puppet. It will be reminiscent of the dark days years ago when Obama became a pawn of Communist Frank Marshall Davis but had to conceal the role of his puppet master, with the support of the media, as he took power.
After his second term was over, Obama rushed over to Beijing to confer behind closed doors with Chinese dictator Xi, in what the British Guardian called a meeting of “veteran cadres.”
Election 2020 - Why I'm Voting for President Trump
by E. P. Unum: I listen carefully to people who express, usually quite loudly and with quite bit of anger, all of the reasons why they find themselves unable to cast their votes for President Donald Trump. Here are reasons these folks cite:
Trump is homophobic, xenophobic and Islamophobic.
Trump lies (as if this is something no politician ever does). Ask Joe Biden about plagiarism.
Trump is a racist.
Trump has done a poor job with the Coronavirus.
Trump has angered our allies and caused nations to hate us.
Trump thinks he is a King.
Trump just isn’t “presidential”; he is not a good pubic speaker.
Trump has been married three times and has a reputation as a “womanizer”.
Trump was once heard on a hot mike using salty language degrading to women.
Trump is not a good practicing Christian.
Trump hates Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims.
So, if you rolled all of these up, you get the following outrage: How could you possibly consider voting for Trump, he is so terrible? The fact is that none of these is even remotely true. They are all areas developed by a hateful press who want Trump out of office by whatever means possible.
Well, friends and neighbors, journalists and talking heads, college professors, students, and everyone else, listen up and I will tell you why I will cast my vote for a second term for President Donald Trump on November 3, 2020. And, I shall cast my vote in person at my local voting place. I refuse to vote by mail because I am physically capable of going to my local voting center to cast my ballot even though I am seventy five years old. I shop at Home Depot and Loews and if I can stand in line to do that, I can vote. So can all of you.
So here is why I am voting for our President for a second term:
President Trump has done more to advance our nation economically, scientifically, technologically and militarily than any other President in the last eighty years. His list of accomplishments are legion and he produced the single best economy in recent history complete with trade deals that are good for the United States as well as our trading partners, and he did so in spite of vicious resistance from the Democratic Party and Never-Trumpers. This fact is indisputable.
I'm not just voting for him. I'm voting for the Second Amendment. I want to keep my rifles and guns and ammunition and the Constitution guarantees me the right to do so.
I'm voting for the next Supreme Court Justice because our Constitution needs to be interpreted by people who know and respect the Constitution…and because the Constitution says what it says and doesn’t say what it doesn’t say.
I'm voting for the Electoral College, and the continuation of the Constitutional Republic in which we are fortunate to live. Abandoning the Electoral College is a blueprint for disaster as it would concentrate power on our two coasts ignoring the bulk of the states in the center of the country. The population of Los Angeles County is greater than that in all but ten states.
I'm voting for the Police, and Law and Order because they need to be respected and treasured and because I am tired of watching our cities like New York City (my hometown), Chicago, Seattle, Minneapolis, Newark, Baltimore, Portland, Atlanta burned by rioters and looters under the guise of “peaceful protests”. There is nothing peaceful about burning down buildings and businesses, looting and desecrating memorials and churches. In fact, it is downright cowardly and I am sick of it all.
I'm voting for the military, and the veterans who fought for and died for this Country. They too need to be respected and honored.
I'm voting for Our Flag that is always missing from the Democratic background. That Flag is the symbol of our country and is respected around the world.
I'm voting for the right to speak my opinion and not be censored nor threatened by people who disagree with me.
I’m voting for secure borders. A nation without borders is no nation at all. We already have 22 million illegal immigrants in our nation, all being funded by the government - which means you and me. In addition, allowing people to enter this country illegally contributes to crime and also exposes us unnecessarily to disease and conditions like COVID-19.
I’m voting for the right to worship and praise my God without fear.
I’m voting for every unborn soul the Democratic Party wants to murder by their support for abortion. Children in the womb are human beings deserving of a right to life and that cannot be taken away. 60 million abortions is obscene, and is an affront to God.
I’m voting for Freedom and the American Dream. No other nation on earth has enabled so many people to create and enjoy so much prosperity than here in the United States and I want that to continue. It will not continue if we sacrifice capitalism and the free enterprise system and replace it with socialism which has failed miserably in every other nation throughout history where it has been tried. It has always led to communism and totalitarianism.
I’m voting for good and against evil because that is what it has come down to at this point in our history. The “good” may be found in the accomplishments and leadership of President Trump and the evils are clearly reflected in the “plans programs and policies” of Joe Biden and his gaggle of acolytes.
So, I'm not just voting for one person, I'm voting for the future of my Country!
You should as well.

Jacob Blake is, by all available evidence, a villain. Yet leaders on the left have chosen to side with a man accused of being a rapist.
by Ben Shapiro: Warning: This column includes a graphic description.
A 29-year-old black man, Jacob Blake, was shot seven times in the back Aug. 23 by a white police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The original video, which included only the last moments of the incident, gave no context. But further video and police reports made clear what happened.
According to the police association, police officers were called to the scene by a black woman who had dialed 911 to report that Blake was attempting to steal the keys to her car.
There was an open warrant on Blake for third-degree felony sexual assault; the alleged victim is the woman who dialed 911, and she apparently had a restraining order against Blake.
Back in May, she alleged that Blake entered a room where she was sleeping near one of her children, thrust a finger into her vagina, pulled it out, smelled it, and said: “Smells like you’ve been with other men.”
The woman also alleged that Blake sexually assaulted her approximately twice per year.
Upon arriving at the scene, the police officers attempted to effectuate an arrest. Blake resisted. He apparently got one of the officers in a headlock and resisted two separate uses of a stun gun.
He then disobeyed officers’ commands, walked around to the driver’s side of an SUV, and reached inside. A knife later was found on the driver’s side floorboard.
This is the definition of a justified shoot, by all available evidence. Yet former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris, D- Calif., have chosen to side with an alleged rapist and against police officers who were attempting to do their job.
On Sept. 2, Biden said he thought that the officers involved in the Blake shooting should be charged, adding: “Let’s make sure justice is done.”
Harris–whose judgment on these matters ought to be doubted, given her conviction that Michael Brown was murdered in Ferguson, Missouri, and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was a probable rapist–agreed that the officer “should be charged.”
But Biden and Harris didn’t stop there. Biden traveled to Kenosha, Wisconsin, and met with Blake’s family. He got on the phone with Blake–who was handcuffed to his hospital bed, since he was under arrest–and quoted the book of Psalms, adding that “nothing is going to defeat” Blake.
Harris went further, telling Blake she was “proud” of him and saying that the Blake family is “incredible.” That’s an amazing description of a family in which a 29-year-old man is an alleged rapist and his father is an open anti-Semite, according to his public social media posts.
The New York Times provided cover for this insulting insanity in a long puff piece about Blake, describing him as a hero who “survived and has begun to tell his own story.”
That piece left any description of Blake’s crimes to paragraph 17 and never mentioned that he resisted arrest and had a knife in the vehicle.
On a raw level, none of this makes sense. Blake is, by all available evidence, a villain. The police officer was, by all available evidence, acting within the scope of his duty.
But in the context of the left’s broader narrative that police departments are systemically racist, and that all criminals of minority ethnicity are victims of that system, it all makes perfect sense.
If you think that American racism is responsible for a black man being accused of raping a black woman, this is a story in which there are only victims and there is no perpetrator but the system itself–in this case, a system represented by the white police officer.
If we wish to live together in a society, this perspective cannot win. By lionizing Jacob Blake while decrying the police who tried to arrest him, Democrats justify and incentivize criminality. This must stop.
Individuals are responsible for their crimes; police are necessary to stop those crimes. Those who disagree cannot be allowed to gain power.

by Bill Donohue: On September 16, Newt Gingrich was cut off the air on a Fox News show, “Outnumbered,” for merely mentioning the role that George Soros is playing in fomenting the anti-cop agenda of the left. Here is what he said.
“The number one problem in almost all these cities [where riots have taken place] is George Soros-elected left-wing anti-police pro-criminal district attorneys who refuse to keep people locked up.”
“Progressive district attorneys are anti-police, pro-criminal, and [are] overwhelmingly elected with George Soros’ money.”
Gingrich was interrupted by one of the show’s regulars, Melissa Francis, who said, “I’m not sure we need to bring George Soros into this.” The former Speaker of the House replied, “He paid for it. Why can’t we discuss the fact that millions of dollars ….” Gingrich was then cut off again, this time by Marie Harf who took Francis’ side.
Why is Fox News protecting George Soros? Is there anyone who doubts that he is one of the biggest contributors to left-wing causes in the nation, if not the biggest? We at the Catholic League know the atheist billionaire as the nation’s most generous donor to anti-Catholic causes and organizations.
It seems plain that Francis was told by the show’s producers (in her earpiece) to cut Gingrich off at the knees. She dutifully obliged.
It didn’t take long before left-wing media outlets celebrated what happened. The Daily Beast explained that Soros is “often the focus of anti-Semitic tropes.” HuffPost said, “In some cases, his name has been used to evoke anti-Semitic tropes.”
Maybe Soros has been used this way, and if so, that would be despicable. But neither left-wing website provided any examples. Are we to assume, then, that because some bigots have attacked Soros that no one is allowed to cite his role in promoting the left-wing agenda without being called an anti-Semite? Does this justify trying to censor Newt Gingrich?
Where did Fox News, the Daily Beast, and HuffPost pick up on the talking point that negative comments about Soros can legitimately be construed as anti-Semitic? From the New York Times.
On October 30, 2018, in a front-page story in the New York Times, reporters noted that “baseless claims” that Soros financed illegal border crossings “carry a strong whiff of anti-Semitism.” Two days later, November 1, 2018, another front-page story commented that critics of Soros employ “barely coded anti-Semitism.” On March 11, 2019, reporters commented that critics of Soros have “skated up to the edge of racism and anti-Semitism with no consequences.”
Is it anti-Semitic to criticize George Soros? If so, then the ADL, which was founded to combat anti-Semitism, is anti-Semitic.
On December 5, 2003, ADL national director Abraham Foxman wrote that Soros blamed the current “upsurge of hatred” directed at Jews on Jews. “Not surprisingly,” he wrote, “many Jews are distressed by this tendency, now spilling over to our own community, of blaming Jews for anti-Semitism. That is why I have called Mr. Soros’ comments obscene.”
Would Fox News consider Foxman’s remarks anti-Semitic?
Last year, Fox News host Neil Cavuto interviewed me about the fire that engulfed Notre Dame Cathedral in France. Here is what I said. “Well, Neil, if it is an accident, it’s a monumental tragedy. But forgive me for being suspicious. Just last month, a 17th-century church was set on fire in Paris. We’ve seen tabernacles knocked down, crosses have been torn down, statues.”
That was it—Cavuto had a meltdown and cut me off. “We don’t know that. So if we can avoid what your suspicions might be.
In short, even speculating about the guilty—even though I did not say a word about religious fanatics—was enough to set off the censors in the control room. So much for my free speech.
It is not just Big Tech that is stifling the free speech of conservatives. It’s executives at Fox News.

by Dr. Chuck Baldwin: Amidst the rush among the media, medical and political establishments to have a corona vaccine delivered to the American people before the end of the year comes this report that should give us all pause.
Writing for ZeroHedge.com, Tyler Durden reports:This really should be one of the biggest scandals in public health, but it’s given little attention – mainly because of the high-profile nature of the people and organisations involved. The United Nations has been forced to admit that a major international vaccine initiative is actually causing the outbreak of the very disease it was supposed to wipe-out.While international organisations like the World Health Organization (WHO) will regularly boast about supposedly ‘eradicating polio’ with vaccines, the opposite seems to be the case. Their decades-long campaign to eradicate polio is now killing scores of innocent young people living in poor countries. Now it seems that health officials are beginning to admit that their plan to stop ‘wild’ polio is backfiring, as scores of children are being paralyzed by a deadly strain of the pathogen derived from a live vaccine – causing a virulent polio to spread. This latest pharma-induced pandemic has broken out in the African countries of Chad and Sudan, and the culprit has been identified: a vaccine-derived polio virus type 2. Officials now fear this new dangerous strain could soon ‘jump continents,’ causing further deadly outbreaks around the world. Shocking as it sounds, this Big Pharma debacle is not new. After spending some $16 billion over 30 years to eradicate polio, international health bodies have ‘accidentally’ reintroduced the disease in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and also Iran, as the central Asia region was hit by a virulent strain of polio spawned by the corporate pharmaceutical vaccine distributed there. Also, in 2019, the government of Ethiopia ordered the destruction of 57,000 vials of type 2 oral polio vaccine (mOPV2) following a similar outbreak of vaccine-induced polio. It’s important to note that the oral polio vaccine being pushed on to the African population by the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) is a consortium which is supported and funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. All of this should be a cause for concern, especially with western governments and transnational pharmaceutical giants all rushing to roll-out their new Gates-funded experimental coronavirus vaccine for the global population.Currently, the first experimental COVID-19 vaccine is being tested on the African population through GAVI Vaccine Alliance, another organization funded by the Gates Foundation. A large round of human trials will take place in South Africa, locally managed by the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg—yet another Gates-funded institution. This latest revelation from Africa should prompt media and health advocates to ask hard questions about the efficacy and safety of the much-hyped COVID ‘miracle’ vaccine.
I believe the American people are starting to realize something stinks about the corona narrative. Just two or three weeks ago, surveys indicated that two-thirds of adults would eagerly take the corona vaccination when it is available. But reports I’ve read over the last few days say that at least half of the American people would firmly reject the vaccination.
I’ve documented in this column several times the scandalous nature of Bill Gates’ pharmaceutical experimentations. Durden’s report above is merely the latest in a long string of Gates-funded vaccinations gone badly.
It is no secret that Bill Gates is a rabid eugenicist and the son of a rabid eugenicist. He openly brags about using pharmaceuticals to significantly reduce the earth’s population. That’s not the record of a man who wants to save lives. The only reason anyone would consider Bill Gates any kind of an authority on medical healing is due solely to the fact that we live in a money-crazed culture in which politicians and the media elite give super-rich scumbags like Gates slave-like obeisance. If Gates declared himself to be an expert in alien life forms, those same politicians and media elite would fall all over themselves saying it was true.
In this column last week, I said:President Trump has tasked the U.S. military with the responsibility of distributing a domestic vaccine and says he expects the vaccine to be ready before Election Day. (What a coincidence!) He has also exempted the final stages of the drug’s testing regimen so as to have it ready this year.A new vaccine takes years to develop and test. But this drug is going to be ready in a matter of months. And the drug’s manufacturer(s) is being granted zero liability for any harm resulting from the drug. Typically, after many years of laboratory testing and a new drug is ready for mass testing on humans, U.S. military personnel are the guinea pigs. With the corona vaccine, however, America’s families are going to be the guinea pigs—including our children. We already know about the recent horror stories that have been caused by Bill Gates’ pharmaceutical trials in Africa and India, including a polio epidemic and the sterilizations of unsuspecting women and girls. And anyone who has studied the modern history of vaccines is acquainted with the billions of dollars that the U.S. government has doled out to the victims of vaccinations. We are also acquainted with the parallel rise of autism and crib death with the rise of vaccinations.Yet no one will have a clue as to what chemicals will be in the corona cocktail. We are just supposed to trust Trump, Gates and Fauci and be good little slaves and take the shot.
Regular readers of this column know I am not shy about saying that I believe Donald Trump is a Trojan Horse. If a Democrat president were using military troops to deliver a vaccine to the American people, conservatives and Christians would be in open revolt. But they insist that Trump is playing 5G chess with the bad guys and always does right even when it looks like he’s doing wrong. Of course, Freedom 101 tells us that that kind of blind faith in ANY elected politician is a recipe for disaster.
And on this Constitution Day 2020, let me again quote Thomas Jefferson: "In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution."
National elections are the perfect cover for subversion and subterfuge against our Constitution. All people can see or talk about is the left-right paradigm being played out by whatever actors happen to be on the political stage at the time. This year it’s Donald Trump and Joe Biden. The public theater of a national election successfully masks the nefarious agenda being carried out by both parties behind the curtain. Again, this is why I know Trump will win (and it might not even be close). How can his robotic supporters say no when their political Superman tells them to take the corona vaccination?
But in the midst of this very thick fog, I see a ray of light.
A man I have known both professionally and personally for many decades, a man who is a stalwart supporter of Donald Trump, Dr. Don Boys, recently wrote the following:World scientists are working feverishly to develop a vaccine for the Chinese coronavirus [I personally reject that characterization of the virus], and they are suggesting that it might be available before the end of this year. I don’t mean to be critical, but they haven’t found a vaccine for AIDS after throwing billions of dollars at it for more than 30 years. And there is no vaccine even for the common cold that’s been around for millennia.
If and when a vaccine is available, there are definite indications that everyone will be required to get it. Virginia has already made that decision. And that is the problem before us. After we live through the pandemic and the arguments about masks and lockdowns, now we face the most dangerous part of the battle—telling the do-gooders what they can do with the vaccine.Mr. Trump will make the biggest mistake of his presidency if he tries to force every American to accept the jab. Trump declared, “Our military is now being mobilized so at the end of the year we’re going to be able to give it to a lot of people very, very rapidly.” Well, Mr. Trump, to quote Samuel Goldwyn, “include me out.” Forced vaccination for the Chinese coronavirus will be divisive, dangerous, and deadly! And dumb.I heard Trump say that the vaccination would not be required, but I don’t trust his health advisors at the federal health agencies. Those agencies are snake pits of corruption run by political hacks with medical degrees. None have ever looked a COVID-19 patient in the eye, and few have ever looked a patient in the eyes.I wonder if Mr. Trump will assure Americans that we will not experience the following for not getting vaccinated: will we be safe from losing a job; losing our insurance or Medicare; have our children taken from us; or be required to have some identification to permit us to buy or sell? Many federal health officials’ eyes glaze over when they think and speak of financial benefits for COVID-19 research and treatment. Hospitals have been making huge profits from Medicare patients, as revealed by Senator Scott Jensen, Republican from Minnesota, on Fox News. He reported that hospitals are paid more if Medicare patients are listed as having the Chinese coronavirus and three times the normal price if they are put on a ventilator. This is what prompted the minor scandal recently when so many hospitals were listing suicide, heart deaths, etc., as COVID-19 deaths. One man died in an auto accident, another died of a heart attack, another died of gunshot wounds, yet all three were listed as having COVID-19.Follow the money; after all, it’s yours. However, it is not only local hospitals reaping the profits of death but federal health officials who are embedded with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the National Institutes for Health (NIH), and the World Health Organization (WHO). The CDC is the federal agency responsible for directing, developing, and deciding on safety and efficacy. In simple terms: does it work, is it safe, and is it really necessary? It is a fact known by all informed people that all drugs and vaccines are not safe for everyone. Many people have died or been harmed for life because of a bad reaction to drugs or vaccines. No health expert on earth will guarantee you that you will be safe by getting a vaccination. Drug and vaccine manufacturing companies are protected by law from being held legally accountable for any harmful reactions. Wonder why that is true if they are safe.If force is used to vaccinate everyone, it will make criminals out of Trump’s best supporters and may put some of us in jail. One of my readers said if Trump’s federal troops try to force him to be injected with mercury, he will inject the injecter with lead. Both mercury and lead are lethal. Forced vaccinations mean many will be shot, really shot! Since I believe the vaccine may be worse than the disease, I will refuse to be vaccinated, although I’m convinced Trump’s advisors will recommend draconian measures to force me (in a free society) to capitulate. I would not even consider getting vaccinated if I were given the right answers to these questions: does the vaccine contain mercury, formaldehyde, or any human cells? What evidence is available that it will work? What proof is there to know it is safe? What are the full results of the tests? If you have a negative reaction such as being paralyzed, who pays, and how much? Why can’t we have religious objections since they are available in other matters? And this former Republican legislator, longtime fundamentalist (he would shun the term evangelical) evangelist, conservative Christian author and Republican loyalist concluded his missive with this sentence:I hope Mr. Trump will promise not to force free citizens to have a chip implanted or number tattooed on the hand or forehead. As I said: I see a ray of light.

by Victor Davis Hanson: In 2017, the liberal Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard University found that 93 percent of CNN’s coverage of the Trump administration was negative. The center found similarly negative Trump coverage at other major news outlets.
The election year 2020 has only accelerated that asymmetrical bias — to the point that major newspapers and network and cable news organizations are now fused with the Joe Biden campaign.
Sometimes stories are covered only in terms of political agendas. Take COVID-19.
The media assure us that the Trump administration’s handling of the pandemic has been a disaster. But their conclusions are not supported by any evidence.
In the United States, the coronavirus death rate per million people is similar to, or lower than, most major European countries except Germany
When the virus was at its worst, before the partisan campaign of this election year heated up, the governors in our four largest states had only compliments for the Trump administration.
Democrats Andrew Cuomo of New York and Gavin Newsom of California and Republicans Greg Abbott of Texas and Ron DeSantis of Florida effusively praised the administration’s cooperation with their own frontline efforts.
The most recent conclusions of impartial heads of federal agencies responsible for coordinating national and state policies are about the same.
Dr. Deborah Birx (adviser to both the Obama and Trump administrations on responses to infectious diseases), Dr. Anthony Fauci (director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases) and Dr. Scott Gottlieb (former head of the Food and Drug Administration) have not faulted the Trump administration’s overall COVID-19 response. They attribute any shortcomings to initial global ignorance about the origins and nature of the epidemic, incompetence at the World Health Organization, or the initial inability of bureaucracies to produce easily available and reliable test kits.
Prominent progressive Trump critics such as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi criticized the necessary Trump travel ban, yet Pelosi told people there was no reason to cancel planned travel to San Francisco’s Chinatown.
However, the real warping of the news is not just a matter of slanting coverage, but deliberately not covering the news at all.
In the last two weeks, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has achieved the most stunning breakthroughs in Middle Eastern diplomacy in over half a century.
Countries once hostile to Israel, such as the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, now formally recognize it. Other Arab nations may follow. Ancient existential enemies Kosovo and Serbia also agreed to normalize their relationship with Israel by signing economic agreements.
Yet none of these historic events have drawn much media attention. All of them would have been canonized were they achievements of the Obama administration.
In 2017, the media suggested that Trump’s plans to get out of the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris climate accord, to confront Chinese mercantilism, to forge new alliances between Israel and moderate Arab regimes, to isolate an ascendant Iran, to close the southern border to illegal immigration, to jawbone NATO alliance members into honoring their defense expenditure commitments, and to destroy ISIS and weaken Hezbollah were all impossible, counterproductive or sheer madness.
And now?
An embargoed and bankrupt Iran is teetering on the brink. Its international terrorist appendages, including Hezbollah, are broke.
China is increasingly being ostracized by much of the world.
The U.S. has cut its carbon emissions, often at a rate superior to those nations still adhering to the Paris climate accord targets.
Cross-border illegal immigration has been reduced, according to many metrics.
ISIS was bombed into near dissolution. Moderate regimes in the Middle East are ascendant; radical cliques like Hamas and al-Qaeda are not.
More NATO members are meeting their commitments. The alliance’s aggregate defense investments are way up.
Is any of that considered news? Not really.
Instead, every three or four days the public is fed a series of fantasy “bombshells” much like the daily hysterias of the Robert Mueller investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump team and Russia — a two-year, media-hyped dud.
In recent weeks the media warned us that Trump was dismantling the Post Office to disrupt mail-in balloting.
Trump, we are told, has decided never to concede his sure loss in November and might have to be forcibly removed, perhaps by the military.
We read that Trump defiled the memory of fallen American soldiers in cemeteries abroad. We are lectured that Trump supposedly never took COVID-19 seriously.
All of these stories were either demonstrably untrue, were supported only by anonymous sources, or were the sensationalism of authors hawking books.
Yet such concocted melodramas will continue each week up to Election Day, while fundamental geostrategic shifts abroad brought about by American diplomacy will by intent go unnoticed.
The news as we once understood it is dead.
It has been replaced by the un-news: a political narrative created by partisans who believe the noble ends of destroying Trump justify any biased means necessary — including destroying their own reputation and craft.
