Here’s Warren Buffett Doing His George Soros Impersonation
“Roughly 700 activists were arrested in 2016 for protesting the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline, an underground oil pipeline connecting the Bakken shale oil fields in northwest North Dakota with a storage facility in Illinois….
“The protests became ‘more like a riot’ on Sept. 3, 2016, according to Morton County Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier.
“Activists broke down fences, then ‘crossed onto private property and accosted private security officers with wooden posts and flag poles,’ Kirchmeier said.
“One security guard was stabbed in the side with a wooden stake, then trampled. Others were threatened with knives and kicked by horses. Additionally, two dogs, including one that was injured when it was hit with a 2×4, were taken to an area veterinary clinic for treatment.
“Over the following weeks, riots, property damage and violence continued in bursts, resulting in the arrests of hundreds of individuals – 93 percent of whom were from outside of North Dakota, according to local law enforcement officials.
“Protesters chained themselves to heavy machinery and broke windows out of construction vehicles. Two men were charged with reckless endangerment for ramming a vehicle into a truck.
“One of those men’s sons later pled guilty to the felony kidnapping of a Native American woman he initially met at the Standing Rock protests. The woman said she was raped and beaten, threatened with a knife and strangled by the man when they met up in Minnesota on her way to another pipeline protest early the following year….
“Hundreds of those arrested were freed from jail by one man – an obscure 26-year-old from a small town in Oregon – who admits to paying more than $100,000 in cash bond payments.
“The mysterious payments…appear to be linked to radical environmental groups funded, in part, by Warren Buffett, who had a personal financial stake in preventing the construction of the pipeline.”Guess who besides Buffett is funding the violence and mayhem? Soros, via his Tides Foundation – natch:“Honor the Earth regularly receives funding from the Tides Foundation, including a $63,000 gift specifically earmarked to support the Standing Rock Reservation protests.”But this is a lot of Soros-esque obnoxious behavior by Uncle Warren:“The NoVo Foundation, an organization run by Warren Buffett’s youngest son, Peter, and Peter’s wife, Jennifer, also regularly contribute to Honor the Earth….
“(Daddy) Buffett…donated almost the entire $182 million in funding the NoVo Foundation received in 2018….
“On its website, the (Novo) foundation boasts that its financial support of the Water Protector Legal Collective will be used ‘to leverage information and experience gained through litigation and advocacy at Standing Rock.’…
“In addition to pocketing $944,000 from the National Lawyers Guild between 2016 and 2017, the Water Protector Legal Collective also received more than $1 million from the Novo Foundation….”And Uncle Warren is funding this mass violence – to score some coin? I mean, does he really need even more money THIS bad?
Apparently he thinks he does:“The Buffett family’s interest in the fight to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline appears to go beyond environmental concerns or the desire to preserve tribal lands.
“Buffett, who donated almost the entire $182 million in funding the NoVo Foundation received in 2018, is the chairman and largest shareholder of Berkshire Hathaway.
“The holding company owns BNSF (formerly the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway), a railroad with existing infrastructure capable of delivering oil and natural gas from North Dakota to oil terminals in the Midwest.
“If the Water Protector Legal Collective, the Freshet Collective, Honor the Earth and other environmental organizations funded by the NoVo Foundation succeeded in stopping the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline, Berkshire Hathaway would have been positioned to collect significant sums transporting oil from North Dakota….
“‘I think that it’s fair to call NoVo a major part of Warren Buffett’s financial interests and not just a foundation associated with his family,’ said (Capital Research Center researcher Hayden) Ludwig. ‘So it’s not surprising to see NoVo mixed up in the Dakota Access Pipeline protests.’
“‘NoVo should have withdrawn funding to the anti-pipeline protests to avoid even the image of a conflict of interest,’ according to Ludwig. ‘Supporting these protests was irresponsible.’”It is exceedingly irresponsible. And damaging to the country. And pathetic. And obnoxious. And infuriating.
How very Soros of you, Uncle Warren.

Standing for Biblical Truth in the Georgia Runoffs
by Tony Perkins: For most Americans, the election season is over, but that doesn't mean they're not paying attention to what is going on in Georgia, where not one, but two Senate seats and the Senate majority will be decided in a January 5th runoff election.
With so much at stake for the future of our nation, the work to advance biblical truth continues. With just weeks to go until these important runoff elections, Georgians will play a huge role in the fate of our nation. Will Georgians allow our nation to slide into Marxism, the continued undermining of the nuclear family, defunding of police, funding of abortion, and more? Or will Georgians stand up for the first principles that made America great: faith, family, and freedom?
Faith Family Freedom Fund, the Super PAC associated with FRC Action, recently held a briefing for Georgia pastors. This event was designed to equip faith leaders and pastors with information on responding to the issues we are facing today, engaging in the public square, and navigating the upcoming runoffs. We were honored that Bishop Flynn Johnson of Metro City Church in Atlanta hosted the briefing with national and state faith and community leaders like Alveda King, Rep. Mark Walker (R-N.C.), Bishop Garland Hunt, Dean Nelson, Kelvin Cochran, and Tony Perkins.
This event was a time for encouragement and insight for pastors and faith leaders to gather and discuss the work at hand in Georgia. Dean Nelson opened the event by reminding those in attendance that "God owns everything, he owns the church and the state. He has authority over everything, and that means that we as Christians are called to go into every one of those areas and serve." Nelson also took the opportunity to remind pastors in attendance the importance of religious liberty domestically as well as internationally, the courts, and the vital role our government plays in protecting life. He took Democrat Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock to task for his unabashed support of abortion and pointed out the racist, eugenicist beginnings of the nation's largest abortion supplier: Planned Parenthood.
Former Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran joined the event and spoke about his experience facing discrimination from the city of Atlanta because he dared to express a view of sexuality aligned with Scripture. Bishop Hunt spoke about his spiritual formation and his commitment to pro-life, pro-family, and pro-religious freedom activism. Many others shared words of inspiration for Georgia pastors, who know what happens at the ballot box in a few short weeks will reverberate through history. Senator Kelly Loeffler, one of the Republican candidates, appeared in a special video message for the event as well.
We believe the pulpit is still the most powerful platform in the nation, not because of the voices of men, but because of the mission the Lord has given us: to make disciples of all nations. We know it is a privilege to host events like our recent Georgia Pastors Briefing, with key national, faith, and community leaders, because we know there is a calling to the Lord's people to take the gospel into government for the benefit of our families and neighbors.
The task in front of us is daunting, but by mobilizing the church and the community, we know we can make a difference for the Kingdom.
by Gary Bauer: Pence Leads By Example
I watched this morning as Vice President Mike Pence, Second Lady Karen Pence and Surgeon General Jerome Adams took the COVID vaccine at Walter Reed National Medical Center.
Pence noted that while vaccines normally take several years to research and develop, he wanted to take the vaccine publicly in order to "assure the American people that while we cut red tape, we cut no corners."
The vice president also said that 2.9 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine have been allocated this week, and 20 million doses will be distributed by the end of December.
Pence described the vaccine as "a medical miracle," and declared, "I am confident we will get through this, and we will heal our land."
As I watched the Pences take the vaccine, a thought occurred to me: This time last year, COVID-19 was spreading in China but communist China wasn't telling us, the World Health Organization or anyone else about it.
If on December 18, 2019, someone said, "A completely new disease is about to be launched out of communist China. Hundreds of thousands of Americans will die, but one year later you will watch the vice president of the United States take a vaccine to stop this Chinese virus," no one would believe them.
This truly is a miracle of modern medicine. But it is also a testament to the genius of American industry and to the leadership of President Trump and Vice President Pence.
By the way, Sen. Dick Durbin, one of the president's most vocal opponents, praised Operation Warp Speed as "a dramatic success." He went on to credit the Trump Administration for "organizing this effectively, and delivering a vaccine in a timely way -- almost amazing timely way."
You may recall that Joe Biden repeatedly insisted during the campaign that Trump "has no plan" to fight the coronavirus. Of course, that was a lie, and none other than Sen. Dick Durbin just acknowledged as much.
Biden vs. American Energy
Joe Biden announced yesterday that he intends to nominate Rep. Deb Haaland to be Secretary of the Interior. This is an important announcement, and not just because she would be the first Native American to lead the Interior Department, which is all Big Media want you to know about her.
Here's what you really need to know: Haaland is a far-left progressive who will lead the Biden Administration's attack on America's energy industry. As Secretary of the Interior, she will control federal policies on government lands where much of our energy is produced.
She is adamantly opposed to fracking and to fossil fuels, which are essential to our economy and to millions of jobs. Haaland is all in on progressive policies like "environmental justice," merging the left's environmental policies with claims of "systemic racism."
In other words, she represents radicalism on steroids. And you don't have to take my word for it.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was ecstatic, tweeting, "YES! This is a big deal. . . Unequivocally progressive. Green New Deal champion."
Joe Biden and the Democrat Party have declared war on carbon-based American energy. We tried to warn voters in Pennsylvania and other energy states that Biden really was anti-fracking. You can see it in appointments like this one.
But here's a more telling observation in my view.
Who was Hunter Biden making multi-million dollars deals with? Even though he has no experience in the energy industry, he landed mega-deals with a Ukrainian natural gas company and a Chinese energy company.
So apparently the Biden family only opposes the American energy industry. They're quite happy to become millionaires supporting foreign energy companies, even corrupt ones and those closely tied to the Chinese communist regime!
We already know that Joe Biden is a globalist, who is all in on shipping American jobs to China. But this really takes the cake! He's willing to crush American energy jobs and the families who depend on them, while his family gets rich off of Chinese energy.
And then there's the hypocrisy of global warming. I guess it's only American fossil fuels that cause global warming while Chinese fossil fuels don't.
Tehran Calling
Iran's leaders are confident that Joe Biden will rejoin the 2015 Iranian nuclear deal. Iranian "president" Hassan Rouhani said yesterday, "I have no doubt that the heroic national resistance of Iran is going to compel the future U.S. government to bow . . . and the sanctions will be broken."
Rouhani's remarks were similar to those of the real power in Tehran, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who declared that if sanctions are lifted "in a dignified manner" Iran would not hesitate to rejoin the deal.
The signals being sent from Tehran are crystal clear: The Iranian regime is desperate for a deal. President Trump's campaign of maximum pressure has severely crippled the Iranian economy.
We already know that a Chinese academic believes Joe Biden will be great for China. That's bad for America.
Now the president of Iran seems convinced that Biden will rejoin the Iranian nuclear deal, which will be bad for America and bad for Israel.
In 2015, Warnock compared Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Democrat segregationist George Wallace.
In 2018, Warnock accused Israeli soldiers of killing "nonviolent Palestinian protestors."
In 2019, Warnock signed a statement from the left-wing National Council of Churches which, according to the Wall Street Journal, compared Israel's border wall to the Berlin Wall and made analogies to apartheid.
If Joe Biden is supposed to be pro-Israel, why on earth is he campaigning for an anti-Israel candidate like Raphael Warnock?

by Jon N. Hall: Many Americans, including this writer, contend that the 2020 presidential election is being stolen. About 70 percent of Republicans and even some Democrats believe that such a theft is happening. But despite considerable evidence, they cannot prove their case and put a number on the full extent of this alleged fraud.
Other Americans contend that the 2020 presidential election is not being stolen, and they, too, cannot prove their case. This second camp doesn’t deny that election fraud occurred but alleges that the margins are too great for fraud to have changed the outcome. Even respected conservatives have taken the position that Biden’s margins of victory are too great to overcome. But that seems to beg the question, because unless one can demonstrate the legitimacy of each and every ballot, one can’t really say what the margins are.
To prove what the legitimate vote count is, one would need to establish the eligibility of all the voters. Essentially, one would need to reregister all the voters. And that effort would be just the first of the several tasks that would be needed to demonstrate what the true vote count is.
If election fraud occurs cycle after cycle and is even tolerated, it can’t be said that America has a real democracy. Recently, this writer urged that the U.S. Supreme Court vacate the presidential elections in several problem states and order new elections to be conducted. This would be an unprecedented event, of course, but the glaring irregularities, anomalies, and illegalities are also without precedent. However, an editorial at National Review asserts that “the Supreme Court doesn’t have the authority to order new elections in those states.”
Since when has not having authority stopped the federal courts from doing anything? Until we get the “tyranny of the courts” under control, questions of authority should be tabled. I found the editorial unconvincing, but it did prove to be prescient about what Scotus would do -- NR’s editorial ran at 6:30 AM on December 11, shortly before Scotus declined to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania.
This declination is a failure of the Court, which should have vacated the Pennsylvania presidential election just to send a message to the judiciary that they must stop overstepping their authority. It’s shameful that Scotus did not hear the Texas case. Their argument on “standing” is an evasion. That’s because the unconstitutional and illegal actions of Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court unleashed rampant fraud, which nullified the votes of residents in other states. But Pennsylvania’s court also caused the disenfranchisement of GOP voters in their own commonwealth.
Regarding Pennsylvania, do watch Mark Levin’s opening monologue for his December 6 Fox News show: “The Supreme Court needs to intercede in 2020 election fraud investigations.” As Levin reports, not only did Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court overstep, so did its legislature, which is controlled by the GOP! Levin lays out these government illegalities in such an elegant linear manner that it’s a thing of beauty. And what he shows is that election fraud in Pennsylvania has been institutionalized. Mail-in voting is the new regime. We’ve shot the czar and his family and there’s no going back. So you’d best shut up and move along.
But what if Scotus had heard the Texas case and ordered that Pennsylvania conduct a new election? What would be the use of new elections if we conducted them in the same way and with the same data? We’d just get the same results. Therefore, new elections should require new safeguards with the aim of getting zero fraud. Does Scotus or the Dems have any ideas about how to achieve zero fraud?
Well, I’ve presented a few ideas which aim to do just that. In fact, these ideas assume that fraud will occur. These little changes say to the fraudsters, Come at me with everything you have, and I will repel you; send me a billion fraudulent ballots, and I’ll detect them. Also, my reforms would make it possible to “cure” ballots with mistakes.
When I see those huge rooms filled with people (supposedly) verifying the legitimacy of signatures, I just shake my head. We shouldn’t be wasting our time with signature verification. We should instead require the voter to use his SSN. That little addition to the ballot would obviate the throngs of verifiers, who may well be fraudsters themselves, and it would allow us to secure the vote.
I believe the election was stolen, but I can’t prove it. But no army of investigators can prove what the legitimate vote count was in the 2020 presidential election, and that is a scandal and a tragedy for our “democracy,” if that’s what you want to call it. But the incompetence, corruption, and failure is not just with government and the political class, it lies also with the People for tolerating such a squalid state of affairs election after election. And now we seem to have ended up with the Deep State’s chosen candidate, an easily manipulated figurehead, a doddering old flimflam artist who is the head of a family of influence peddlers and grifters.
Americans should be embarrassed by their elections. The political class is playing us for a bunch of fools. If Republicans can hold on to the U.S. Senate on Jan. 5 in Georgia, Mitch McConnell should insist on doing election reform before doing anything else. Congress should “take over” federal elections and impose a single standard on all the states for conducting elections for federal officials. The precedent for such a move is none other than the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
The most poisonous situation for a democracy is the suspicion that an election has been stolen. None of the changes since the Bush-Gore mess in 2000 have been sufficient to remove doubt and give assurance to the voter that his participation was not in vain. Without GOP Senate wins in Georgia on the 5th, there’ll be little hope for institutionalizing real election integrity.
So, by all means, Georgia, have a happy New Year’s party, and then go out and vote for Perdue and Loeffler… America is depending on you.

by J. Robert Smith: With cowardice and treachery swirling in the December air like snowflakes, we wonder what fate will befall the Republic. The epic elections scam is within inches of triumph. We’re near calling for a Hail Mary pass. We pray for a Trump victory. If that pass misses the receiver, though, then a frail, faltering, corrupt old man will make a mockery of the oath of office by taking it at high noon on January 20. All those who participate in that charade on that gloomy day are, in their ways, culpable in the greatest crime ever committed against the American people.
If that dark January day arrives, our struggle for full restoration of the rule of law, elections integrity, and our rights won’t cease. It simply cannot. Tyranny, in whatever form and degree, must be defeated. Liberty is rarer than gold and platinum in this old world. We are blessed by God as no other people in history. And being so blessed, we have a solemn duty -- an obligation to God -- to fight for and win back the America of our founding. So, shake off discouragement. Don’t fall prey to defeatism. Today, and moving ahead -- a Trump win or not -- we must fight in the spirit of 1776. Right is on our side, and victory belongs to those who endure.
In recent days, and increasingly, folk are asking: “What can we do?” Describing problems and identifying challenges are necessary first steps, but they don’t suffice. We need ideas for actions, and then action plans. Then we must act.
Donald J. Trump’s magnificent presidency and the election theft have galvanized patriots more so than at any time since Pearl Harbor. We must remain united and act together. The moment’s passions may subside, but our resolve and unity cannot. Democrats and the left grasp that unity and coordination are power. We must grasp that, too.
1. Grousing about the GOP is a pastime. What’s past time is expecting or relying on the Republican Party to fight for us. It will not. It’s time to organize outside of the hidebound two-party monopoly to build a sustainable, effective grassroots movement that surpasses the Tea Party in scope and strength.
Patriot associations need to form in every county in every state of the nation -- most certainly in red counties. They’d serve as a vanguard. From these county associations come state organizations. State organizations would coordinate among themselves to maximize opposition to Washington tyranny;
2. A key demand of the associations: All state election laws that enabled the 2020 elections thefts are to be repealed -- not reformed, but repealed. No more universal mail-in balloting. Election Day voting only, though absentee balloting for truly exceptional circumstances. Paper ballots, hand counted. Voter signature verification mandated. Full transparency. Elections integrity is nonnegotiable;
3. Where states fail to repeal the means of elections fraud, patriot associations will hold shadow elections. What sense does it make to cast votes in fraudulent elections where the outcomes are predetermined? Why legitimize shams with our participation? Give patriots honest alternatives. Use shadow elections as a means of educating and persuading citizens, while creating “governments in waiting.”
4. Litigate everywhere and often to defend or attempt to recover our rights. Do so in multiparty suits and class actions. Paper local and state governments and the federal government in lawsuits -- not frivolous actions, mind you, but relevant, impactful litigation. Put government on defense.
5. Protest peacefully en masse wherever protest is warranted: from school board meetings to state capitols to Congress to corporate shareholder meetings -- public or private. We need to be visible and vocal at all times. In coordination, we need to leverage our dollars to reward or punish businesses and organizations that fall in with the enemies of liberty.
6. Defend victims of Democrat and leftist injustices. Be they victims of cancel culture, tyrannical state governments, or malicious Democrat prosecutors, stand with innocents who are targeted for ruin or are opportunistically attacked. Moreover, we mustn’t just play defense. How, in turn, can we bring cost and pain to the aggressors? Unless we do so, the attacks won’t stop.
7. Actively oppose pernicious cancel culture. Oppose political correctness. Do so boldly. Reject leftist language and narratives unceasingly. Champion honest narratives. The left learned long ago that owning language is a potent means of controlling people. We must hold to the truth and never shrink for fear of offending or being poorly judged for nonconformity. Teach and encourage your children to speak plainly.
8. End the government schools’ monopolies. Parents need only vote with their feet. Poisoning the minds of the young is a principal goal of the left. Leftist toxicity, which is destroying colleges and universities, is infiltrating public school curriculums and cultures. Public schools are increasingly indoctrination centers for our children. Work with likeminded parents to create cooperatives that burden-share the time and costs of home schooling.
9. Let’s unite as people of faith, regardless of our religions. We must never apologize for obedience to God. We must fight efforts to bully religion from the public square. We must defy laws that infringe our right to express our faith. The left isn’t secular; that’s deceiving. The left is militantly godless. Leftists hate anyone of faith. They hate God. Let’s make “In God We Trust” a rallying cry.
If our freedoms are imminently endangered, we have a right to advance tougher measures:
10. State nullification of federal laws. Extraordinary circumstances give rise to extraordinary measures. Patriot associations need to educate and build support among fellow citizens for nullification as a means of crippling federal tyranny.
11. America’s version of France’s Yellow Vest uprisings. Unlike the French, though, we’ll do a better job of hobbling the system, which leads us to:
12. Mass nonviolent civil disobedience. Henry David Thoreau advocated civil disobedience as a noble means of refusal. The Civil Rights movement used it powerfully. Civil disobedience is an act of conscience. We each first must decide to act according to our principles and beliefs even if it leads to clashes with governments… even if doing so comes with prices to us. Often, where there are no sacrifices, there are no gains.
Again, these are a handful of ideas. Some may work, some may not. Some may need adjustment or must await developments. We may find with unfolding events that they are insufficient to meet exigencies. You may have better suggestions. Please share them. Let’s develop an operations manual that helps coalesce us patriots into a movement so powerful it proves unstoppable. Let’s restore America as the shining city on the hill, the last, best hope for freedom in a darkening world.

Trump Nominates Charlie Kirk, Several Others To New Commission That Counters 1619 Project
by Shelby Talcott: President Donald Trump announced 18 individuals who he intends to appoint Friday as two-year members of the President’s Advisory 1776 Commission.
Trump first announced the initiative in September and slammed The New York Times’ “1619 Project,” which pushes slavery to the center of America’s founding. The <1776 Commission “will work to improve understanding of the history and the principles of the founding of the United States among our Nation’s rising generations,” according to a previous press release.
It’s not immediately clear how the president picked the incoming members or what qualifications were needed.
Other notable choices include Acting Director of the United States Domestic Policy Council Brooke Rollins and Hoover Institution senior fellow Victor Davis Hanson, according to a Friday press release.
INBOX: Trump appoints @charliekirk11 to his 1776 Commission, which is meant to promote "patriotic education" and a "pro-American curriculum that celebrates the truth about our nation's great history" pic.twitter.com/ySPnYguXWm
The president previously called the “1619 Project” a “crusade against American history.” It has been implemented in schools across the country and criticized by some historians. The president also accused the project of being “toxic propaganda, ideological poison that, if not removed, will dissolve the civic bonds that tie us together” and “destroy our country.”
While the executive order Trump signed in early November doesn’t directly name the NYT’s project, it includes similar language that the president has previously used in denouncing the initiative.

by E.P. UNUM: Now I recognize that the title of this very brief editorial piece may sound confusing and contradictory to many, but there is a certain logic to it. It really does make sense.
Sometimes you really do need to lose in order to win.
If that sounds crazy to you, here are a few things you absolutely need to lose if you hope to truly succeed:
Excuses
Negative people
Bad habits
Fearing change
Blaming others for our mistakes
Ego
Doubt
Proscrastination
If you are able to discard all of these, you are already a winner even before the contest, any contest begins. Sometimes when you lose, you gain. Yogi Berra and Casey Stengel would be proud.
And here’s another kernel of wisdom from the incomparable Michael Jordan about success…
“Some people want it to happen;
Some people wish it would happen;
Some people just make it happen”
Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year.

A close look at Stacey Abrams and her pernicious agenda. by Discover The Networks: Stacey Abrams is a 47-year-old attorney who launched her political career as a Democrat in 2006 when she was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives, where she held a seat until August 2017. Since losing a 2018 gubernatorial bid in Georgia, she has emerged as a leading promoter of fellow Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, who seek to win the upcoming Georgia runoff elections that will determine which party controls the U.S. Senate. On Monday, Abrams boasted to CBS This Morning that 1.2 million Georgians – including 85,000 who did not vote in the November elections six weeks ago -- have already requested absentee ballots for the runoffs. Added Abrams: “They are disproportionately voters between the ages of 18 and 29 and disproportionately people of color,” demographics that tend to heavily favor Democrats.
In recent weeks, Abrams also collaborated with a group of Hollywood entertainers to organize “Rock the Runoff,” a “get-out-the-vote” online concert/fundraiser in support of Warnock and Ossoff. Among the performers who participated in this December 3rd concert were John Legend, Common, Earthgang, and the Indigo Girls. During the concert, Abrams told viewers that her goal was to use the runoff elections to “change America.”
Let us take a closer look at exactly who Stacey Abrams is.
Voter-Registration Corruption
In 2013, Abrams co-founded the New Georgia Project (NGP), a partisan voter-registration organization designed to register hundreds of thousands of new Democrat voters across the state. From 2017 through February 21, 2020, Raphael Warnock served as NGP's Chief Executive Officer. According to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, NGP illegally “sent voter registration applications to New York City” in 2020. “Voting in Georgia when you are not a resident of Georgia is a felony,” said Raffensperger.
Describing Illegal Aliens as Key Participants in a “Blue Wave”
In 2018, Abrams ran against Republican Secretary of State Brian Kemp in Georgia’s gubernatorial race. In October of that year, she predicted that the upcoming midterm elections would see a “blue wave” of Democrat victories sweep across the country, and that “undocumented” aliens would be key contributors to it. “The thing of it is,” said Abrams, “the blue wave is African American. It’s white, it’s Latino, it’s Asian-Pacific Islander, it is disabled, it is differently-abled, it is LGBTQ, it is law enforcement, it is veterans. It is made up of those who’ve been told that they are not worthy of being here. It is comprised of those who are documented and undocumented.”
Opposing Safeguards for Election Integrity
Also in October 2018, Abrams derided Brian Kemp’s use of an “exact match” system that had placed more than 50,000 Georgia voter registrations on hold because of discrepancies between different sets of government records, or because they were flagged as registrations of potential non-citizens. She charged that “the exact match system has a disproportionate effect on people of color and women,” causing many of them to be “disenfranchised.” In short, Abrams believes that efforts to accurately verify the identity of voters, are racist measures designed to prevent African Americans from participating in political elections.
Disparaging Free-Market Capitalism
At an October 2018 town hall, Abrams said she was “sick and tired of hearing about the free market being the solution” to problems in the health care system, adding: “I’ve never seen the free market write a prescription in rural Georgia. I’ve never seen the free market show up to give someone Metformin, so they can have a little control over their diabetes before it turns into an amputation of their foot. I’ve never seen the free market say 'I’m going to replace that stent in your heart next door and not make you go 200 miles to get it done.' The problem with the free market is the free market needs to make a profit, and there is no profit in doing the right thing.”
Opposing the Second Amendment
A key focus of Abrams' 2018 campaign was the Second Amendment and gun-ownership rights.

Two years earlier, Abrams had sponsored HB 731, legislation that designated certain commonly owned semiautomatic firearms – such as AR-15s, AK-47s, Ruger Mini 14s, and .50 caliber rifles – as contraband. The bill required the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to seize those weapons from their owners, and sought to bar the sale or use of “high capacity” magazines.
In October 2018 the Atlanta Journal-Constitutionreported that Abrams, who has described AR-15 rifles as “weapons of mass destruction,” was calling for “universal background checks for private sales of firearms, a ban of high-powered assault rifles, and a repeal of campus gun legislation” that allowed concealed-permit holders to be armed on college campuses.
Abrams' 2018 campaign webpage said that she also planned to enact gun-confiscation orders, commonly referred to as “red flag laws,” which allow judges to authorize police to enter a gun owner’s home and take his or her firearms.
During a November 4, 2018 appearance on CNN’s State of the Union, Abrams called for more restrictions on “semiautomatic weapons” in general, acknowledging that one possible result of her gun-control policies could be that “people would turn their guns in.” She also spoke about the possibility of the government enacting mandatory “buybacks” of certain firearms.
Refusing to Admit Defeat in Her Failed 2018 Gubernatorial Campaign
Abrams lostthe November 2018 gubernatorial election by approximately 50,000 votes, but she disputed the result. In her speech announcing the end of her campaign, she also announced the creation of Fair Fight Georgia, a voting-rights nonprofit organization that sued the Georgia Secretary of State and the Georgia State Election Board in federal court for “the gross mismanagement of this election.”
On November 18, 2018 on CNN’s State of the Union, host Jake Tapper asked Abrams if she believed that Brian Kemp was the “legitimate” Governor-elect of Georgia. She replied evasively: “The law, as it stands, says that he received an adequate number of votes to become the governor of Georgia, and I acknowledge the law as it stands. I am a lawyer by training and I have taken the Constitutional oath to uphold the law.” When Tapper reiterated his question, Abrams answered: “He is the person who won the adequate number of votes to become the governor.”
Support for Permitting Non-Citizens to Vote
In a January 2019 interview on PBS’s Firing Line, host Margaret Hoover asked Abrams: “What is your view about some municipalities, like San Francisco, who have decided that it’s okay for some non-citizens to vote in local elections?” Abrams replied: “I think … the granularity of what cities decide is so specific, as to, I think, allow for people to be participants in the process without it somehow undermining our larger democratic ethic that says that you should be a citizen to be a part of the conversation.” Hoover then asked: “So, in some cases, you would be supportive of non-citizens voting?” Abrams answered: “I wouldn’t be — I wouldn’t oppose it.”
Supporting Reparations for Blacks & Native Americans
In April 2019, Abrams said that she saw a “credible [political] path” to the implementation of reparations for African Americans and Native Americans, “the groups that by law had been stripped of their autonomy and their participation in our society.” “I think that reparations make sense,” she added. “[W]e have to acknowledge that in the United States of America it wasn’t simply that we didn’t like a certain group, we’ve built — no. Not we, they. The government built systems designed to exclude and to diminish the capacity of communities to participate in their own economic survival.”
Praising "Identity Politics"
During a May 2019 Ideas Conference at the Center for American Progress, Abrams criticized Democrat presidential hopeful and South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg, for having cited identity politics as a chief cause of social conflict. Said Abrams: “The notion of identity politics has been peddled for the past 10 years and it’s been used as a dog whistle to say we shouldn’t pay too much attention to the voices coming into progress. I would argue that identity politics is exactly who we are and exactly how we won. When I hear Democratic candidates, progressive candidates, American candidates decrying the identity of their voters, I’m deeply worried for our democracy.”
Position on Lowering the Legal Voting Age to 16
In May 2019, Abrams told Scholastic News that the legal voting age should be lowered to 16 for school board elections, and perhaps for federal elections as well: “I think we should test it out for local elections. I do believe we need to investigate lowering the voting age for federal elections, but I’m not convinced yet. I remember being 16. I remember how involved and engaged I was. While there certainly is a difference between being 16 and 18, I don’t know that the difference is wide enough to say that you should not be able to participate in federal elections, so I’m willing to be convinced.”
Advocating the Abolition of the Electoral College
In August 2019, MSNBC host Chris Hayes asked Abrams if she was in favor of doing away with the Electoral College. She responded, “Absolutely. The Electoral College was not designed to make certain that people in small states weren’t subject to the tyranny of urban areas. That wasn’t the conversation at the time. It was because those in power did not believe that working people had the intellectual capacity to directly elect the leader of the free world. We have long passed that time, and it’s time for direct election and popular vote.”
Supporting Vote-by-Mail and Ballot Harvesting
During an April 1, 2020 appearance on MSNBC Live, Abrams said that in light of the health risks posed by the coronavirus pandemic, all voters should be permitted and encouraged to vote by mail in the 2020 presidential election: “Vote by mail is the safest way to vote. And right now, I would say almost every state has the capacity to vote by mail. The challenge is that in a lot of states you have to have an excuse.” In an April 21 interview, Abrams told MSNBC’s Morning Joe that President Donald Trump’s concern about possible fraud connected to mail-in voting was unfounded: “Voter fraud is, by and large, a myth.” In a podcast interview two days later with CNN analyst David Axelrod,” Abrams, asserting that President Trump was “illegitimate” and “should not hold office,” accused Mr. Trump of being “afraid” of vote-by-mail “despite the fact that there is no evidence of fraud” associated with it. In yet another interview, Abrams said that “voter fraud is nearly mythological,” adding that “you are more likely to be struck by lightning than for there to be an incident of voting fraud.”
Abrams also advocates the use of ballot harvesting, a process that involves the gathering and submitting of completed absentee or mail-in voter ballots by third-party individuals, as opposed to requiring voters themselves to submit their ballots directly to official collection sites.
Accusing a White Atlanta Police Officer of "Murder"
In June 2020, Abrams was deeply angered by a police shooting in Atlanta that killed Rayshard Brooks, a 27-year-old black man who had a long history of criminal violence dating back 13 years. Shortly after 10:40 PM on June 12, Atlanta officers Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan responded to a complaint stating that Brooks was asleep in a car which was blocking a Wendy’s restaurant drive-through lane. They administered a sobriety test to Brooks and found him to have an alcohol level higher than the legal limit. When the officers tried to arrest him, Brooks instigated a violent fight during which he wrestled Brosnan’s taser away from him, fought his way free, punched Rolfe, and then began to flee on foot. Officer Rolfe at that moment fired his taser at Brooks, but it failed to bring him down. Rolfe then proceeded to chase Brooks, who at one point turned and fired the stolen taser in the officer’s general direction. Rolfe drew his handgun and shot Brooks twice in the back as the suspect turned to run. Brooks was then rushed to a nearby hospital, where he died after undergoing surgery.
After the incident, Abrams said:
“This is a man who had been frisked, so they knew he did not possess a deadly weapon,” They knew that he was impaired because he had parked in that [Wendy's] driveway, and they knew when he ran away that he did not pose a danger that was a deadly force incentive.”
“The decision to shoot him in the back was one made out of maybe impatience or frustration or panic, but it was not one that justifies deadly force. It was murder.”
“A murder because a man made a mistake, not a mistake that would have cost the police officer his life but a mistake that was caused out of some form of dehumanization of Rayshard Brooks.”
Denouncing Senator Tom Cotton's Claim That Slavery Was a "Necessary Evil"
In June 2020 as well, Abrams denounced Republican Senator Tom Cotton's recent assertion that slavery was, “the Founding Fathers said,… the necessary evil upon which the union was built.” Cotton's point was that the Southern states would never have agreed to join the Union if the institution of slavery were to have been abolished outright. But Abrams, in an elaborate display of virtue-signaling and feigned outrage, said: “There is no such thing as a necessary evil. Evil is evil, and slavery is one of the ultimate evils. If Tom Cotton is sincere in his desire to understand history then he should be celebrating the 1619 Project. He should be celebrating The Voting Rights Act renewal. He should be celebrating Black Lives Matter because the continuity of evil in our country has led us to this moment. We can only extinguish evil by acknowledging that it exists and doing everything in our power to defeat it, not to celebrate it, not to excuse it, and certainly not to use it as a polemic way to justify the racism that runs through the party that is lifting up Tom Cotton.”
So, let us review: Stacey Abrams opposes measures designed to ensure the integrity of our political elections. She views free-market capitalism as an inherently oppressive and unjust economic system. She opposes the Second Amendment. She believes that U.S. residents should be permitted to vote regardless of their citizenship status or legal status. She believes that we should consider allowing 16-year-olds to vote. She favors the abolition of the Electoral College. She supports widespread vote-by-mail and ballot-harvesting schemes, which are notorious for facilitating election fraud. And, detecting racism wherever she casts her gaze, she endorses the spirit of racial grievance and “identity politics” that underlies the movement for reparations.
In short, Stacey Abrams is a Democrat.

by Bill Donohue comments on the latest battle for conscience rights: “I cannot take the life of a child in one room and guide another child into this world in the next.”
Those are the words of Regina Frost, a Christian doctor who earlier this year expressed her disdain for Planned Parenthood and the state of New York when they went to court seeking to force medical professionals to perform abortions. As an OB-GYN, Frost took umbrage at the audacity of these “pro-choice” enthusiasts. It is quite obvious that the pro-abortion industry respects neither the choice of the child to be born nor the choice of people like Dr. Frost not to participate in abortions.
This issue is now back in the news. The Department of Justice filed a civil lawsuit on December 16 against the University of Vermont Medical Center for reportedly forcing medical professionals to perform an abortion against their will. Perhaps it would be more accurate to say this issue should be back in the news: aside from the Associated Press, the only media outlets covering this story are Catholic and conservative ones.
Cardinal Timothy Dolan is the chairman of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ (USCCB) Committee for Religious Liberty, and Archbishop Joseph Naumann is chairman of the USCCB’s Committee on Pro-Life Activities. They issued a strong statement commending the Trump Administration for defending conscience rights by “taking corrective action” against the University of Vermont Medical Center.
In 2018, a nurse at this medical center in Burlington, Vermont filed a conscience and religious discrimination complaint with the Office of Civil Rights in Washington, D.C. against the facility. The nurse’s objections to abortion were well known by those who worked there, yet they pulled a fast one on her—she was not told that she had to participate in an abortion until she entered the room.
What this nurse had to endure should never have happened. In 1973, just weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortion in its infamous Roe v. Wade decision, Congress enacted the Church Amendment (named after Idaho Senator Frank Church). It prohibited courts and government agencies from forcing healthcare workers from performing an abortion if they morally objected. The vote was 92-1.
In a related case, Doe v. Bolton, decided the same day as Roe, Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun (he wrote the majority opinion in both cases) took up the question of forcing someone to perform an abortion. He said that “a physician or any other employee has the right to refrain, [410 U.S. 179, 198] for moral or religious reasons from participating in the abortion procedure.”
It is a sign of just how sick our society has become that well into the 21st century we are still fighting for the conscience rights of employees who do not want to assist in the killing of another human being. Even sicker is the prospect of a self-professed Catholic president waiting in the wings to undo all the religious liberty achievements of the Trump administration, including the right to abstain from participating in an abortion.

by Kerby Anderson: Our world has changed significantly since the November election, and that raises the reasonable question of whether we have been “played.” Victor Davis Hanson provides a few examples in a recent commentary, and I will add some others.
For example, perhaps you have noticed the disappearance of all the protests? Where are Antifa and BLM? A week or two before the election, the flood of violence in cities subsided, perhaps for fear that it might affect the election. Has systemic racism and excessive force by police just disappeared?
What about all the concerns about the coronavirus vaccines? Not so long ago, Andrew Cuomo, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris expressed their concerns about the Trump vaccine. Now that it looks like it will be successful, they might even decide to call it the Biden vaccine.
Isn’t it interesting that Pfizer only announced their progress on the vaccine AFTER the election? In fact, this summer executives at the company did not update the president or the media about their progress. They only contacted the Biden campaign.
Three months ago, we were hearing from Democratic leaders that it was dangerous to send kids back to school. That’s why we had to shut down the schools and reject the calls from the president and the Secretary of Education to get students back in the classroom. Now it’s time for the kids to go back to school.
Four years ago, many Democratic leaders and the media suspected that voting machines might have been hacked. Even last year, you had Senator Elizabeth Warren concerned about unsecured computer systems and ambiguous rules about matching signatures on ballots. Now, they argue, the electoral system is perfect. Any claims of fraud are either insignificant or nonexistent.
Yes, so much has changed in the last few weeks, and it is tempting to think that all of us have been “played.”

by Paul Jacob: The year was 1983. One man, trusting his instincts and his knowledge of how technology can fail, averted catastrophe by not “pushing the button” to launch Soviet missiles at the United States.
It was September 26, and we celebrate it here, at Common Sense with Paul Jacob, as Petrov Day, after the day’s hero — indeed, the world’s hero — Stanislav Yevgrafovich Petrov. Though tensions were running high in the early Eighties, Petrov suspected a false alarm. Events proved him right.
Petrov is not alone on this specific heroes’ list. There’s also Vasily Alexandrovich Arkhipov, who averted disaster during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
But the oddest list candidates might not be human.
A week ago or so, when I reported that a former head of the Israel space programs, Professor Haim Eshed, had talked, in an interview, about Israeli and American diplomatic relations with a “Galactic Federation” — yes, of extra-terrestrial aliens — I failed to mention that he had also claimed aliens had averted nuclear war.
Well, ufology lore and de-classifed military documents tell of repeated — and unnerving — UFO incursions into the operations of both Russian and American military nuclear missile installations. We could easily dismiss these claims when the U.S. military was denying any mysterious UFO reality out there — after all, people like to tell tall tales — but that’s not the case now, when the Pentagon has confessed that something very real and really weird is indeed going on in our oceans and atmosphere.*
But the Pentagon is not admitting to treaties with alien civilizations. The “official position” of the U.S. military, despite increasing numbers of disclosures, is that the UFO phenomenon “appears to remain a mystery,” as Tim McMillan concludes his recent extensive survey of official congressional briefings for The Debrief.
Still, the official, accepted reason we have not experienced massive thermonuclear war is merely game-theoretic: no winners being possible, as we learned in a popular movie a few months before Stanislav Petrov had to make his big decision, rational players wouldn’t start one.
Yet, Mutually Assured Destruction is initialized MAD, and those with limited faith in human reasonableness not unreasonably consider, at least, other explanations for our continued survival.
So, hail Petrov; honor Arkihipov; and . . . consider . . . aliens?
This is Common Sense. I’m Paul Jacob.
* As we have learned in the reporting, “Flying Saucers” aren’t the only form seemingly inexplicable UFOs take. The latest is “triangle.”

by Catherine Mortensen: With the fate of our Republic hanging in the balance, not even a visit to see the White House Christmas decorations can escape a spirited discussion about the election fraud. Two friends and I had the privilege of visiting the White House today and we spent the entire time talking about the overwhelming evidence of massive voter fraud and our frustration with the courts’ refusal to even hear the merits of the many cases.
“Have you seen the video of the woman instructing poll workers on how to change the votes?” my friend Jeannie Farnsworth asked. “She literally changed one vote to another.”
She asked if we had seen the scatter plot graph showing batches of Virginia absentee on the Virginia Project site. “It defies all logic,” Farnsworth said. “At a certain point in the count, it showed a massive increase for Biden. It was a statistical impossibility.”
“There is just no way Joe Biden, the guy who sat in his basement for eight months and couldn’t attract more than a dozen people to a rally got more votes than Donald Trump,” I added. “I fundamentally believe that Americans reward effort. No one worked harder than Donald Trump in this election.”
“Yes,” our friend Barbara Dunn added. “Americans believe in hard work and fairness. “That’s what’s really bothering me about this election. It is clear that one side cheated.”
All three of us love American history and noted that America has always had factions and political rivalries. I shared that I am reading “Why we won’t stop fighting! Washington’s End” by Jonathan Horn and was struck by the hostilities between some of the Founding Fathers.
“We are almost ungovernable as a people,” I said. “We have always been that way. We’ve never really been united.”
“What is it Benjamin Franklin supposedly said as he walked out of Independence Hall after the Constitutional Convention in 1787, when someone shouted out, ‘Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?’” Farnsworth noted. “He famously answered, ‘A Republic, if you can keep it.’”
That is the question before us now: can we keep our Republic?
We can and we must.
Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning believes the path to preserving our nation is through the states.
“One of the geniuses of James Madison, Father of the Constitution, is that he recognized that people were going to disagree,” Manning explained. “He created a framework for majority rule and minority rights to ensure that one group could not oppress another. Similarly, the states have their own unique role and that may be the key to correcting fraudulent vote count. It is up to state legislators to forcefully push Congress to perform their constitutional duty by rejecting certified electors who resulted from a litany of electoral corruption.
“We fight because we must fight. Because if our elections are so tainted that they would make a third world dictator the blush, the consent of the governed is thwarted and the very legitimacy of our government is questionable. That is why we fight until Inauguration Day. Because to do anything else, would be to give up on the American experiment.”
As my friends and I walked through the brilliantly decorated rooms of the White House, I thought about all the history that had been made within those walls.
“It’s a great feeling to be immersed in that even for just a little while,” Farnswoth said. “America represents the great opportunity to have true freedom and liberty.”
As we left the White House, we encountered a young couple from Britain who asked us to take their picture. We struck up a friendly conversation about the differences between our two countries.
“We’re a rowdy bunch here in America,” I said. “We’ve always been that way. We simply won’t be told what to do. Maybe we can’t govern ourselves, after all. Wouldn’t it be easier to have a monarch again?” I quipped.
“We tried to tell you that two-hundred years ago,” one of the Brits replied. “But you wouldn’t listen.”
I explained that America was in a bad way these days, with many of us wondering about the very survival of our country. Our British friends seemed surprised by my concern.
“You Americans always blow things up like that,” one of them said. “You take small things and make them ten times larger than they really are.”
I was reminded of what another Brit told me years ago when I asked what the British learned in school about the American Revolution. “Well, not much, to tell you the truth,” my friend said. “We just don’t understand what all the fuss was about, the price of tea or something.”
Or something.
That something would be freedom. It is the greatest cause there is.
Perhaps our British friends are right, we Americans do “blow things up” a bit. But sometimes that’s what freedom calls for.
To take action to save our Republic, go to GetLiberty.org and send a note to your state lawmakers demanding that they stand up and fight against election fraud!

Report: DNI Ratcliffe Says There Was Foreign Interference in 2020 Elections
by Adam: CBS Correspondent Catherine Herridge says that DNI John Ratcliffe told CBS News that there was foreign interference in the November 2020 elections.
From The Epoch Times:“Well DNI Ratcliffe leads the 17 intelligence agencies and he has access to the most highly classified information that is held by the US government. And he told CBS News that there was foreign interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year and he is anticipating a public report on those findings in January,” Herridge said.President Trump has hammered Former United States Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Chris Krebs, who said that this election was the most secure election in history.
Krebs was also confronted with that statement by Senator Rand Paul during the Senate hearing on Thursday covering election fraud, saying Krebs may have felt that way about foreign interference but he has no insight into fraudulent ballots, manufactured ballots, and ballots counted multiple times.
However, if Catherine Herridge's report is true, then Krebs was also falsely stating that this election was the most secure when it comes to foreign interference, during the Senate hearing.
The ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence) announced on Wednesday that it would not be able to meet the December 18th deadline for its report on foreign interference that was set by President Trump's 2018 executive order. It is now expected sometime in January.
